Whether you're here for work, a family trip, a group getaway, or an extended stay, this multi-level home has everything you need to settle in and feel right at home. Five bedrooms, all with queen-size memory foam mattresses, high-speed WiFi, a Smart TV, in-unit laundry, and a fully equipped kitchen.

The space:
You're centrally positioned with easy access to everything St. Louis has to offer. Forest Park, the St. Louis Zoo (free admission!), and the Art Museum are a short drive. Barnes-Jewish Hospital and SLU Medical Center are close by. The Delmar Loop, CITYPARK Soccer Stadium, and City Museum are all easy to get to.

This multi-level home gives your group real space to spread out.

Living Area: Comfortable seating with a Smart TV, log in to your Netflix, Hulu, Prime, or whatever you're into. High-speed WiFi throughout for work, streaming, or staying connected.

Kitchen & Dining: Dining table with chairs, refrigerator, microwave, Keurig with coffee pods, kettle, blender, and all the cookware, dishes, and utensils you need to cook a full meal or just heat up leftovers.

All bedrooms have queen-size memory foam mattresses with fresh linens, duvets, and pillows.

First Floor:

PARKING
Free street parking available right in front of the property.

Children stay free. A Pack 'n Play is included for guest use.

Dogs and cats are welcome (additional cleaning fee may apply if excessive pet hair is found on bedding or furniture). We cannot guarantee complete removal of pet hair or allergens between stays, so guests with severe allergies should consider this before booking.

• Quiet hours: 9:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• No parties or events permitted
• Only registered guests may access the property

• We provide an initial supply of essential items to help you settle in comfortably. Please note that once these supplies run out, guests are responsible for purchasing additional items for the remainder of their stay, whether short or long term.
