Make your way up the charming porch steps and enter the beautiful historic home via the keyless smart lock and step into the grand foyer with a long bench seat and handy coat hooks so you can get everyone comfortable, organized and ready to relax.



The sun-filled living area offers room for the whole family with a large modular sofa and an abundance of toys, games, books and a big screen Roku TV perfect for movie nights snuggled up together on the lounge.



Step through into the stately kitchen that comes fully equipped with all the cooking basics you need to cook up pancakes in the morning through to a 3 course meal for the group at night then eat together at the stylish table set for eight and a half with a highchair for the little one.

Flora Place, in the heart of the Shaw neighborhood, hosts the annual Historic Shaw Art Fair, which showcases juried artists from around the country, entertainment, and local cuisine.

    Beautiful home and neighborhood. This was a sister trip. We each had our own room and with 3 bathrooms the mornings were easy. We used the kitchen and found everything we needed. Comfortable living spaces.Communication with property management was also easy when needed with quick responces. Note- as a senior adults I found the stairs quit steep. Doable, a good workout. We fell in love St. Louis especially all the surrounding neighborhoods and eateries.

    Friends and I were in St Louis for a weekend sports tournament and found this place that was in a great location and a great house. The house was easy to get to and made for short drives to everything that we needed. Our host gave us outstanding communication and followed up shortly after check-in to be sure that we made it in easily. The neighborhood also has a park nearby that is excellent for walking as well as a nice neighborhood coffee shop for breakfast/lunch and a restaurant/bar that made for a good late night pizza shop. I would recommend this property to anyone.

    We had a wonderful stay at this VRBO, and it was perfect for our family—spanning from our 7-year-old to my mother-in-law. The home was well-maintained, with comfortable beds, extra towels and linens, and a well-stocked kitchen with nice appliances. My son especially loved the selection of games and books, and having a playground just a few doors down was an added bonus—he even made a new friend!One of the biggest perks was the garage. A hailstorm rolled through during our stay, and we were so relieved that our cars were safely parked inside. The location was also great—close enough to visit the Gateway Arch and explore the City Museum in downtown St. Louis. It was a short trip, but my son has already declared it one of his favorite vacations, and he absolutely loved the house!We did encounter a few minor maintenance issues, but the host and management team were incredibly receptive and appreciative of our feedback. Their responsiveness only added to our positive experience.Overall, this was a fantastic stay, and we would definitely return in the future! Highly recommend.

    Loved this house and location! We had requested an early check-in (5 p.m. is quite late), but cleaners were not finished until 5 on the dot. The ceiling fan in one bedroom did not work, but everything else was great!
