Tropical Breeze is a private home located across from Crystal Beach in the upscale community of Terra Cotta Terrace in Destin, Florida. Just a few minutes to the private beach access you will find yourself on a soft sugar-white beach with dazzling emerald waters. You can easily walk to the beach or drive the golf cart. The 6-seater golf cart is included in the rental price.

Tropical Breeze is a three-bedroom, three bath vacation home which features a bright decor, a private balcony offthe master suite to have your early morning coffee or late night cocktail, a garden tub in the master bath with shower for late evening relaxation, and a king-sized bed for your sleeping comfort. At the opposite end of the upstairs is a guest bedroom with two double-sized beds, a large walk-in closet, and its own private bath with a tub/shower combination. The downstairs guest bedroom offers a queen-sized bed and a private bath with a walk-in double shower. Each bedroom has its own private bath. There is also a pullout couch on the main floor. All bedrooms have ceiling fans.

Technology: cable TV, Sonos Music Speakers, WIFI, SmartTVs, Apple TV’s. New 65” OLED Smart TV installed. All bedrooms have a TV.

Outside:
Private full-size pool is NOT a plunge pool. There is an outdoor closet with beach chairs, rafts, pool toys etc. The outside deck was recently restored and a new grill is onsite. Our house is also dog friendly.

Note:
Dogs allowed with fee of $175 for one dog and $50 for each additional dog. An additional $50 cleaning fee also applies. (There are weight LIMITS and restrictions so please inquire in advance of booking)

Pool heating fee is $50/day or $250 for the week. (Please contact us to add this option to your booking. We can include a quote with heating but instant booking does not have this option)

Check-in and check-out notes: For Summer, stays are from Sunday to Sunday. It's less busy to travel and get your groceries on this day!! If wanting to stay longer than 7-days when booking and we can provide options.
