Lovango #163 - Brand New Custom-Built Home w/ Ocean Views from every room!

We really do feel like we are just staying at a friend's beach house when we come. We've visited so many NC and SC beaches, but no one wants to go anywhere else now but Topsail - and to this home specifically. This time we had 6 teenagers/middle schoolers and 4 adults, and there was great space for everyone. The kitchen has everything you would ever think of needing - even an industrial lime/lemon squeezer/press (for efficient margarita making! We have the same one at home!) The bathrooms are gorgeous and huge! So much is provided - 4 beach chairs, large beach tent, large coolers, beach toys and games for the kids, - you don't have to haul any of your own stuff if you are staying at this home. And the decor is so gorgeous and open and spacious - light and bright. We really love being able to walk to the beach, pool, and back to the house in mere seconds - and you can see everyone on the beach and pool from the deck. The beach is gorgeous, and there are restaurants and breweries nearby - and a less crowded grocery store, etc, only 5 minutes away (vs. right in Surf City, where it is packed!). Cannot recommend this enough for your beach vacation!!!

We have vacationed at multiple locations at Topsail Beach and this house by far is our favorite! Every detail of this home was well thought out! The house was well equipped, VERY clean, the beds and furniture was comfortable and every view of the ocean was breath taking. We have now found our forever beach home!

This home was beautiful, cozy, and I felt at home from the moment I arrived. The location to the ocean perfect and beach access right out the back door. The decor and furnishings were beautiful and comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with all the necessities. Every room was gorgeous - and had spa showers. Two of the rooms had ocean views. Our kids enjoyed the kids room with a boat bed! We loved sitting on the decks looking at the ocean and enjoying the views.

The location cannot be beat - right on the beach and also steps from the community pool. You can sit on the deck and watch the kids on the beach and in the pool - that close!! Very secluded-feeling location, yet only a few minutes from groceries, etc. There's none of the Surf City congestion, yet still easy to go to restaurants, shops, etc., if you wish to get out. The home itself is truly amazing. Words can't describe - there is nothing you need to bring, as every possible pot, kitchen utensil, cups, cocktail shaker, etc, is there. And the linens are top notch! The furniture and layout is lovely, and the space is perfect for gathering yet not being crowded. You truly feel that you are staying with friends rather than at a rental home. We comfortably had, at one point, 6 kids (4 boys and 2 girls) and 4 adults without ever feeling crowded (Each space has its own spacious bathroom). The outdoor spaces were the best - kids played ping pong and cornhole - and soccer on the grass and on the beach, all steps from the home. I am now spoiled after being able to go back and forth from the beach to the house so quickly (maybe 60 seconds?) Also - we had a (very non-urgent) maintenance issue, and I only emailed mgmt. company to give them the heads up, and they sent someone out to fix it the same day!! Just wonderful! But really, the views from the kitchen and family room will take your breath away. Topsail is our favorite, and now we have a favorite home as well! This is a very special home, and it is obvious the owner has filled it with everything a family could think of for a magical beach vacation.
