We loved being able to have a home like atmosphere, having green space to stretch out and let the kids play and having enough space for each kid to have their own area at night. Being able to have an at home feeling and not live out of a hotel was great. Tyler & Steph were able to answer any questions we had & were so accomodating. The water park passes were awesome and one of my kids' favorite things. If i had to be picky, and this is in no way the hosts fault, my 1 issue was just that the neighbors that moved in before we left were very loud and intrusive while the other neighbors all seemed very respectful of the shared spaces and close proximity of the cabins. The yelling & slamming doors at 10pm were inconsiderate on their part but that is just the reality of having close neighbors...you can't win them all!!! 😉 The Roths do a great job with clear expectations for their cabins and they want to make your stay as good as possible for you and those around their home. I am thankful they opened their home so my family could make such great memories there.

Great location for the lake. The restaurants, Water Park and pool access is a fabulous perk of this property. Host was very responsive and all details were very concise and thorough.

The property was great for our family of four. Check in couldn’t have been easier. We had everything we needed and more! Kitchen was well stocked, lots of outdoor toys we made use of and it was very clean. Would definitely book again.

Cute cabin with plenty of space. It had everything we needed, and was a great location. The indoor water park was mostly for 12 and under but the outdoor pool was nice and it was great the passes were included. Great communication with the hosts. They had binders full of ideas of things to do and restaurants. Would definitely book there again!

Excellent place to enjoy all that Okaboji has to offer. The cabin has all the amenities you need to feel right at home. Our kids enjoyed using the pool that is just steps from the cabin and the yard games provided on property. Check in process was breeze and there was excellent communication leading up to our stay. Great hosts!

We came up over the 4th of July. We had a variety of things to do including, concerts, night swims, jogging, mini golf, Arnold's Park, boating, more swimming, and fireworks. The cabin was very clean. It

This cabin completely fit our needs. The owners were welcoming and responded quickly to all communications. Plus they allowed us to enter early so that we were able to get ready for a concert that my son in law played for. We highly recommend them!

House was well maintained. Really appreciated all the labels and organizational notes. Nicely decorated in Okoboji theme. Blackstone and fire pit both worked great. No problems during stay, great place.
