Parking
- The house can hold up to 3 cars in the driveways. There is additional offsite parking 2 blocks away if additional parking is required in a safe, non-gated neighborhood. No overnight street parking past 10 pm. No horizontal parking or blocking at the end of the driveway. Check signs for street sweeping in the off-site lot.
- Street Parking Not Permitted 10 pm to 7 am

Keyless Entry: All Luxury Desert Escapes Homes utilize unique codes assigned to each guest. No key exchange required.

Cleaning: A deep clean is performed after every stay, with extra attention to disinfecting high-touch surfaces. HVAC filters are regularly changed, and the pool is serviced twice to three times weekly, depending on the season.

What's Provided:
- Fully stocked kitchen (microwave, coffee maker, toaster, blender, dishware, cooking basics, spices)
- Linens, towels, shampoo/conditioner, body wash, hand soap, dish soap, trash bags
- Washer/Dryer + laundry supplies

Music & Packages:

- Do not ship packages to the home; we are not responsible for lost deliveries and do not have mailbox keys

House Rules:
1. No loud noise allowed at any time, music is permitted during the DAY (not during quiet hours) if it is contained within the property. CITY QUIET HOURS MUST BE FOLLOWED FROM 9:30 PM to 9:30 AM. Fines Apply up to $2500 and/or Eviction if rules are not followed. A credit card will need to be placed on file upon arrival for any fines or damages.

3. No overnight street parking, read posted signs for changes. The house can hold up to 3 cars.
4. No parties or events allowed
5. No smoking allowed on the premises
6. Must be 21 years old to book
