Lots of beds, 2 bath. Only 10 minutes from downtown!

The parking was confusing upon arrival. Once we were in and parked it was great.

Fantastic location, great house and staff!!

This house is about 15 mins from downtown. The pictures online are not a current representative of the house. The living room furniture and dining bar stools are different. The house was surface clean. The baseboards were gross. The bathroom wall had toothpaste splatters next to the vanity. The cabinets had drips down them in the kitchen. The furniture is old and worn. The oven was disgusting and I had to clean it before use. There is hardly any silverware to use and the mugs were chipped. The cookware was very old and worn. I assume most people come to just crash here and don’t cook. I rent houses all over the country for girls trips and I was very disappointed by this one. They need to invest some money and time in a deep cleaning and replace all thread bare towels and update all kitchen items.The one plus was communication with property managers was easy.

This space is tight, but 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 1100 square feet will be tight. But the layout works, great location to get downtown and the response with any questions or concerns are answered and resolved so fast! We would stay again!

We didn’t use the space for much more than sleeping. It was a good location, about a 15-20 minute drive from Nashville. House was clean. Check in/ out was super easy. We even left something behind and they made sure to let us know so we can get it back soon. Much appreciated!

The property was a little dated. Was plenty roomy. Kitchen a little difficult to use because of the layout. Hot water wasn't hot enough for showers.

We loved that there were plenty if veds, the proximity to town and the neighborhood was quiet. It was a bit dated, the bedding old and house had thin walls.

This was fairly close to downtown without the downtown crowds and congestion. It was very clean. Plenty of beds. The check in process was very thorough. The living room area was very small be prepared if there’s a lot of you. The 2 love seats don't give a lot of comfy seating. 4- 5 adult people can sit there. There are a lot of bar stools though. That was fine for me as I am tall but my friends are all on the shorter heavier side and that wasn't very helpful to them. We cooked the majority of the time we were there and there were plenty of utensils and items available to do so. Overall we had a great visit. Just be prepared if you have larger adults seating is at a minimum.

Plenty of beds and bathrooms to accommodate the seven of us. Easy drive to get downtown.

This place is really close to the Zoo, which is the reason we were in Nashville. The people that manage the property respond quickly and made sure we had all the information we needed for an easy check in/out process and enjoyable stay.

Our stay at Thelma was great! Lots and lots of room and just a short distance from Broadway. Check in was very easy! It was perfect for our birthday celebration. Nice neighborhood, very little traffic. Thanks for sharing your home with us!
