Located in a quiet environment, it offers all the comforts for a stay with family or friends.

You will find a spacious and bright living room, with a comfortable lounge for moments of relaxation and a dining room perfect to share good meals all together. The house has two bedrooms: one with a double bed (140x200 cm), and a second with two singlebeds (80x200 cm) that can easily be brought together to form a large bed (160x200 cm), according to your preferences.

The bathroom is practical and functional, and the toilets are separated for more comfort.

The large enclosed garden allows children to play safely while parents rest. The terrace, equipped with a blind banne, offers a pleasant dining area to enjoy the beautiful days, perfect for your lunches or dinners outdoors.

A private parking space is also at your disposal, and allows to park several vehicles.

The South Beach is located 300 meters from the house, easily accessible on foot or by bike for sunny days with your feet in the sand.

The cycle paths, located in the immediate vicinity, will allow you to discover the Île de Ré by bike in peace: between salt marshes, typical villages and wild beaches, the change of scenery is guaranteed.
