Lookout Landing - Amazing views, close to Downtown Golden, CSM, and Red Rocks!

This is our second stay at this location. We like it very much, but I want to bring a couple concerns to the property owner’s attention…the shower drain is barely draining, and the kitchen sink drain is emitting a terrible smell. We ran the disposal many times, but the odor did not abate.

Beautiful views from the deck! The place was spotless and the kitchen had everything you would need!

We loved our fall break stay in Golden! The home was beautiful with a great view and such a peaceful atmosphere. The location was perfect — close to everything, and just minutes from Red Rocks. It made the perfect home base for exploring Golden and the surrounding area. Highly recommend!

Location was perfect for visiting Colorado School of Mines. We enjoyed sitting out on the deck and watching all the action coming down the mountain. Excellent views! The house was clean, well appointed and everything worked as it should. We will stay there again!

Great property with amazing views. Stayed here while in the area for a show at Red Rocks. The views from the deck are amazing. The property is clean and accommodating. We also took advantage of the proximity to hiking trails and completed Chimney Gulch Trail.

Everything about this property was perfect! the doors that open all the way to the deck was our favorite! Loved just sitting out there with coffee / wine enjoying the beautiful weather, view and watching the bikers! Beds were great, totally stocked with all the basics of what you would need to make a great meal, which we did! Also only 11 mins to Red Rocks! We will be back

We loved our stay at Lookout Landing. The views from the deck were incredible and the location was a great jumping off point for going to a show at Red Rocks and exploring downtown Golden. The property was spotless and modern, with thoughtful touches and helpful info. Highly recommend!

Perfect location, loved watching all the bikers while enjoying our coffee on the deck.

I've been traveling to Golden for the past few years for work and absolutely love this area. This is the first time staying at a VRBO and could not be happier. There is no better view in Golden than the Lookout Landing house. Beautiful floor to ceiling windows allow for an impressive view of the town and Table Mountain. A 2 minute walk to the Chimney Gulch trail gets you to the top of Lookout Mountain and it's beautiful visitor's center, or right down to Clear Creek and downtown Golden. Had coffee on the deck every morning and dinner several evenings. The outdoor adventures are endless. Great location for staying in or going out. Easy access to Red Rocks and an Eric Church concert. An hour drive to do some of the best fly fishing in the state. Thank you for the great experience!

Lovely property, clean and comfortable, easy access to great trails, great restaurants, and a good time.

We booked this property for the view and it did not disappoint! The house was very clean, kitchen was fully stocked with all dining/cooking necessities, and is located in a quiet neighborhood. You do have to slowly ramp over the curb to pull into the parking space next to the house.

My wife and I had an amazing time at Lookout Landing. The inside had everything we needed including a great stereo system, an open kitchen/living area with great views, washer/dryer, a nice glass shower, and climate control in every room. However, we spent the majority of the time on the deck enjoying the great mountain views and watching all of the bikers take their grueling trek up the switchback roads and then race down with ease. It was the best spot for exploring red rock, Golden, Denver, Winter Park, and even made it out to Rocky Mountain National Park. We can't wait to come back!!! I can't imagine a better place to stay.

This property is beautiful! The location is breathtaking. We arrived at night and woke to the most amazing view in the morning. The deck overlooking Golden is a wonder place to make memories with friends. The beds were comfy, the shower was incredible and the overall vibe of the house is a 10 out of 10! Local shops, restaurant's and grocery stores all within 10 minutes. Rent this property!

Great property, clean, new, easy to get to from Denver airport and has great access to Golden, and only 15 min from Red Rocks. Perfect for a weekend getaway or longer stay. Highly recommend for anyone going to a concert or visiting Golden. Host was super helpful and the restaurant recommendations were all great.

Out of the hustle & bustle of downtown Golden, but close enough to make for an easy trip to town. Beautiful wall of windows overlooking Golden!
