1/2 Mi to Dtwn: Golden Gem w/ Patios!

We had an excellent stay. The townhouse was spacious, clean, quiet, and well equipped. Everything was in top shape, with many small touches, like the delicious baked goods and bottle of wine that awaited us. The location is within walking distance of downtown Golden, the Colorado School of Mines, Coors brewery, and playgrounds. We would definitely stay there again.

this was a great home for a large group and we had a wonderful time. the host was very communicative and the check in was easy! the location was perfect as we could walk everywhere we wanted to go in Golden. the home was beautiful and had everything we needed and made our stay very enjoyable!

The home was wonderful and was an awesome gathering place for our adult children and their significant others for a family wedding weekend. Just a few walkable blocks from downtown Golden it was easy to access great food and drinks with friends.

Perfect! Above and beyond. Very clean. Super comfortable bedding and towels. Fresh baked goods and wine were waiting for us when we arrived. Well stocked with basic kitchen and bathroom items. We wanted for nothing! Highly recommend!!

The accomodations were just wonderful and very close to Golden. Iur fakily was very comfortable and there was nothing we needed that was not provided. Baked goods water cake and water when we arrived. Host very reaponsive and very freindly. We were there for ny nephews wedding and will be back to enjoy Coloraddo even more. Highly recommend this home and location.

The house was exactly like the photos. Super clean, new and spacious. Rhonda left us homemade treats that were delicious! The location is perfect. Within walking distance to town and the creek, we walked everywhere!

Very convenient location with just a quick walk to downtown Golden or for a stroll along the creek. Location within the foothills made it easy to get into the mountains for hiking. Property is well maintained and the owner quickly responded when minor issues arose. There were three rooms with bathrooms attached making it an ideal rental for larger groups.

Home was clean and orderly. Host was available but not intrusive. Overall a perfect 5 star experience. The location is ideal for all activities/restaurants in downtown Golden.

We enjoyed our stay at this lovely home. We had plenty of space for our family to stay. The house was well stocked with all we needed. The location was ideal; close to hiking trails and shops.

Property was clean, thoughtfully arranged and had every attention to detail - as others have mentioned, the home-baked goods were spectacular. Golden is beautiful but we enjoyed staying in and hanging out together there just as much! Would rent again without hesitation.

We came to Golden for a family wedding and could not have been happier with our stay here! Rhonda left fabulous homemade sweets and was great at responding. The clear creek path is great as is the Coors Brewery tour. You can walk to downtown Golden where restaurants and shops abound. Enjoy!

A fantastic home in Golden,CO. This was the perfect place for our large family gathering. The house is immaculate, modern and ready for your stay and all of the freshly baked goods made the stay extra special. We look forward to our next visit.

House was great, baked good very yummy and a nice surprise. Not sure if there was a communication issue, tried several times to get in touch with host Rhonda through email text and cell calls with no response. Suggest the owners get a grill for the house and install ceiling fans in bedrooms. Need more seating for the patio areas. Great location for the town of Golden.

The house was very nice and the hosts were even better. Location is excellent. You can walk to just about everything in Golden. I highly recommend staying here.
