Long Sands Beach- 2 blocks away! Super Clean-Very nice 3+ bedroom cottage.

House was clean and matched the listing in terms of amenities and features. I went with just my two adult sisters so no kids this time but I think my kids would have had a great time here. Hoping to come back next time we’re up visiting my dad.

This place is a gem! Mike was very responsive, courteous and accommodating. We have stayed in many vacation rentals and this one is top of the list on cleanliness. We have a family with 2 adults and 2 kids and there was certainly room for more. The area is quiet at night and a wonderful, short walk to Long Sands. Walking back to the house from the beach for forgotten items was a breeze. I highly recommend this rental but please don’t rent it when we want to go back! Thank you, Mike!

Lovely, clean and well stocked rental. Walking distance to Long Sands. Beds were comfy and house had everything we needed. Sweet deck and outside shower in back. Plenty of space for parking and attractively decorated. Would love to go back.

We usually get a hotel room when visiting York for a couple days but thought seeing we were with our grandchildren we would try a house. We were so happy with the house, location, and communication with the host. The house was very clean, it is walking distance from the beach but in a quiet setting and when we had a question, the host responded in a timely manner. We would definitely stay there again.

This property is located in a very quiet side road away from people and traffic. It has all the comforts of home most people would be looking for. Mike is a very communicative host. If we were ever to come back to York Beach we would hope this property would be available.

This house had everything we were looking for- walking distance to the beach, very close to shops and restaurants and close to nearby towns. Very clean and had everything we needed.

This house is well-appointed and in a great location, and the owner is easily available for any concerns or issues. I recommend it highly, with the possible caution that all entrances into the house do involve a few steps, so if that is a concern, please plan accordingly. Everything you need is on-sight or available nearby and I would not hesitate to book here again!

The house was so clean and even better than the pictures! The walk to the beach is super quick. We loved our stay!
