Long Beach Craftsman House. Historic district house-centrally located

A perfect spot close by to many beaches and restaurants. Went for the long beach grand prix and easy to get an uber to take and drop off from the house. A pretty front and back yard, enjoyed grilling some food and had plenty of dishes to use for food storage. Overall a clean and private space for a stay, also very roomy if you’re traveling with 5-6 people. would highly recommend if your looking to stay close to beaches and drive wasn’t too far from disneyland also.

We enjoyed this property very much. The location is excellent, with many independently owned shops and restaurants nearby. It is on a busy street so be aware of that. The house was immaculate and had everything we needed. Communication was great and the owner is very responsive. The house could use some new furniture but everything was comfortable and met our needs. We would stay here again.

House was fantastic. Close to everything. As much room as advertised and everything worked. Landlord Adam checked in with us more than once to make sure our stay was going well. Definitely a house worth returning to in Long Beach.

This house was great for us and our adult children to go to CaliVibes. House has everything you need and is in a great location. Need outdoor space and plenty of room inside to relaxed and hang out. Kitchen is rocked well too! We will be back!

We really enjoyed our stay. This house had everything we needed. We were very comfortable here. The owners were very accommodating. Very nice house!

Property was clean and nicely remodeled on the interior. Nice, fenced in, outdoor patio space. Driveway allows for two cars to park off the street. It is slightly challenging to get in and out of the driveway, though, due to the busy street that it’s on. There’s lots of activity around the house, but that’s to be expected with a metro area like Long Beach. It was conveniently located to the convention center where we were going for a conference. Overall, we would absolutely stay here again.

This trip exceeded my expectations. The location was PERFECT. It was so convenient for everyone. The house & the layout was perfect for us. We found our new favorite bar, “The Good Bar,” within walking distance. The neighborhood is the usual busy during the day, but the corner location & the big driveway accommodated everyone. It was nice & quiet at night. We will return & considering holidays in the area. Perfect getaway for us. The kitchen was so well stocked. I usually Bring everything, but my kitchen sink, but here I won’t need to. I love to cook while on vacation.

We stayed for 4 nights and everything was perfect.

It was a full house with my out of town guests and I hear they had TOO MUCH fun but the hosts were incredibly gracious and the house perfectly located for real Long Beach fun, walking distance to so many fun places and so inviting itself that they didn’t even explore as much as they had planned.

The house was large and has nice porch and yards. Easy drive to the beach. Owner was very helpful. Thanks!
