Buyers beware! Hidden costs - they will charge you for fees not included with the Expedia quote. The space was nice, but blinds didn’t work, coffee maker was taken and water went everywhere. We moved the cabinet the coffee maker was on to clean up and saw this has clearly been a problem for a while. While we did receive communication from management company, they were canned messages and she didn’t respond to our concern. We stay in FC often and do not recommend this rental management company.

Stacy was a great host during our stay in Ft. Collins with local recommendations for activities and restaurants. The house was clean, quiet and a great location. The beds were really comfortable too. Would recommend for those staying in Ft. Collins!

The house is cute and in a great part of town. However, while we were out after check in someone was in the home and left black plastic gloves on the living room floor. We had sat there before we left, and they would have been impossible to miss if they had been there when we arrived. Two panicked calls to the “host” just got me to an answering service for a property rental. They said they would have the owner contact me urgently, but it was over half an hour before this happened and it was only by text. They maintained the gloves must have been left earlier by a cleaning person, but see photos again about how this is impossible. They were unwilling to do a property check or examine other points of entry (like the “broken” side door). It was nerve racking and disappointing to stay the night there knowing we couldn’t be sure no one else would enter. The other issues we had were with the representation online. There IS a small kitchen set up, but with a mini fridge and no real freezer space. The photo below is of the entire kitchen capabilities (not pictured in the listing when I booked). The king bedroom off the living room has the bed so close to the doorway that the door cannot close- any noise or light or interaction from the living room is just a foot away from the bed through the open door. These are things that mattered for my plans for my stay, and I’m sharing just so that you can see if they matter for yours.

looked just like the pictures! nice living room, bedrooms and bathroom. functional, good sized kitchen but the sink cabinets, while cute, were a bit clunky and small. front door screen and umbrella have seen better days and could use some TLC.

We chose this property for the location - love walking the neighborhoods and in to old town - and it was perfect for that. Also enjoyed the spacious dining area, living room and comfy beds. On the downside: the front was very unwelcoming with beat up punched out screen door and dirty siding, instruction book stated extra towels in bedroom closet with sheets. Found sheets but no towels. Next day found towels under sink (yes it was labeled but why would I bend down and read the little label when we were told to read the book? Also stated trash bin is automatic with wave of hand. Never found anything like that. The lighting in kitchen is so bad. Yes the hanging fixture is beautiful, but useless for providing light. Lamps don't help. The shower hot and cold are backwards! I took a lukewarm shower until my sister figured it out. At least post a large sign explaining the configuration. A little bonus might be to put a collapsible luggage stand in the bedrooms so there is a place to put a suitcase. Thank you for listening. We had a great time in Fort Collins and enjoyed the house overall.

Enjoyed our stay at the Lola House. We came with another couple for the CSU game and it was an easy walk to campus. The house was as shown in the pictures and very clean. The hosts were very easy to communicate with and were very accommodating. I'd definitely recommend staying here if you want a clean house that is in a great location in Ft. Collins.

We loved the accessibility to old town, city park and walking to grocery store (Beavers) and restaurant Lucille’s. Beds were great and we enjoyed reading on the porch. Friendly, helpful hosts. The kitchen setup was passable for light fare but not sufficient for cooking.

We stayed here with friends as we moved our kids into CSU. Location was great. It's small. Only one bathroom and not much of a kitchen, but it was perfect for our needs since we were out and about most of the time. It gave us a convenient spot to meet up and relax.

My daughter and I stayed in the home during her college tour of Colorado State. The host was responsive, the home was very clean and cozy, and she and I both enjoyed an amazing nights sleep after being in Rocky Mountain National Park the day before check in. The home is incredibly convenient to both the campus and all the restaurants and shops in Old Town. We would definitely rent again!
