From this hilltop log home, you can enjoy a unique panoramic view of Lake Mossø and the surrounding forests. You'll be able to follow the changing seasons as you relax in a home where the boundary between inside and outside almost disappears when the wide patio doors open towards the lake.

The bright and airy kitchen room forms the heart of the house, where the lake view really comes into its own. On the first floor you'll find two east-facing bedrooms, includinga master bedroom with 180-degree lake views. The modern bathroom on the first floor is complemented by a guest toilet on the ground floor.

The garden is made for the great outdoors with a large greenhouse for lunches among tomatoes and vines. A vegetable garden, a cozy fire pit and a willow hut for the kids adorn the south side, while the west-facing terrace invites you to enjoy the sunset over the lake.

From the charming village of Alken, you're only 28 minutes by train from the pulse of Aarhus. Locally, you can enjoy the village community with the volunteer-run grocery store, freshly baked bread on Sundays and common areas with berries and a playground. Mossø is just 300 meters away, perfect for a refreshing dip or a quiet afternoon by the water.
