Log Cabin near Lake Glenville

True log cabin but with lots of space to spread out and the hosts even provided a Christmas tree and decor to help celebrate the holidays!

Although no verbal communication, everything needed was communicated. Cabin is adequately equipped. Only suggestion would be more towels for larger groups. Otherwise, highly recommend.

Absolutely beautiful secluded log cabin close to Lake Glenville. Very pretty view can see the lake and the Lake Glenville dam through the trees, and a short walk to Ralph Andrews park also with amazing views and a playground for the kids. Check in and out was incredibly smooth. The cabin has a beautiful modern kitchen, comfortable beds, a really fun pool table, and a lovely outdoor fireplace to enjoy the cool mountain evenings.

Great property, tucked away but not too far from Cashiers and access to Lake Glenville. Perfect for large families. Kids enjoyed the wrap around porch and adventures in the creek. The large kitchen, adequately furnished for preparing meals, made meal time enjoyable for all. The outdoor fire pit and an exterior fireplace were perfect for s’mores. Our hosts were quick to respond to our texts and provide suggestions for our stay. Great property for a true get away in the mountains!

We had six adults and five children (ages 1,3,6,7, and 9) and there was plenty of room for all. We had a great time and I would recommend this cabin wholeheartedly!

We were a group of 8 adults, and had plenty of room. The only reason I didn't give the house a 5 star rating is it needs a little updating. But overall we were happy with our stay! The owners were very accommodating! Thanks Will!

This is a great house in a great location, very convenient to many hikes and also Cashiers and Highlands (shopping and restaurants).

We had a great time. In the area for a wedding at Chimney Pond Farm. This house was very close and convenient. It’s an amazing log cabin with everything you need and a great yard with a creek. Beds were very comfortable too.

The grill and oven were not working properly but everything else was very nice.

The cabin is gorgeous and just a short drive from Cashiers. Be sure to bring your own throw blankets in the colder months to keep cozy. When we were there, the satellite subscription was not turned on and we could not access live TV. The property manager said he will fix this by replacing the Roku. Overall a wonderful weekend in the mountains!

The cabin was fantastic, and communication with the owners was fast and easy! Beautiful decks, great outdoor space, and a wonderful place to gather around the kitchen, dining room, and living room as a family. Easy lake access as well. Highly recommend!

Great location to a venue where our niece got married. The mountain house was a great fit for our family. We especially enjoyed the back porch.

Can’t say the house was perfect, but the managers were helpful and family time was wonderful in the house.

We rented this home for our family while attending a wedding at Chimney Pond Farm. The home is only 2.8 miles from the venue. There are plenty of things to do within a short drive of the house such as a public beach and hiking trails. Cashiers, NC only a 15 minute drive from the home.
