Lofted Bluff Sunset Lake Views and Private Boat Dock

The space in the house and the upper level deck were great for our large group!! We did have a few issues though. Water heater was not working properly resulting in many not very warm to cold showers. A drain in one of the showers wasn't draining and the hot tub was not useable. Be careful going down the stairs to the dock.

The property provided an excellent location and views for our outside deck wedding. There are plenty of rooms, a nicely equipped kitchen, and ample table space and seating for large groups. The sunroom served as a great place for card games and meals. Overall, this property is exactly what we needed for our family weekend. Suggestions: Bring your own shampoo and soap as those were not provided. You may wish to bring additional toilet paper as the supply was limited. If you plan to use the outside deck area in the fall you might need to spend a few hours removing leaves and acorns and cleaning the table and countertops. Great property for a small weeding or large family gathering.

Was just what I needed for a relaxing getaway!

I hosted a women's retreat at the property and it was a great location in a quite area and gorgeous views of the sunset. The bedrooms were not all equally as cozy, so assigning rooms was a challenge, but that criticism is likely specific to my group's needs. The patio spaces were wonderful.

Owner was prompt and helpful w/communication. Gorgeous sunsets at night. We most enjoyed the dining sunroom area to play games together as well as the outdoor deck where we spent hours making memories together

We had a lovely time celebrating my husband's 70th birthday. Since there were only 5 of us, there was plenty of room for everyone which was great because the weather didn't really cooperate, however it was November.

My wife and I, along with my parents and in-laws spent 4 nights in this great house. We used many of the amenities offered (outdoor decks, jacuzzi, sunroom, boat dock & billiards table). We did not get a chance to use any of the grills, but there was a few propane tanks and charcoal to use if we wanted to. The view off the upper deck was beautiful and I would find myself on the deck looking at the water often. The steps to/from the boat dock were not for the faint of heart (about 108 steps to the house), but that is of no fault to the home. The location of the home was great as we were less than 15 minutes driving to many of the popular restaurants in the area. On our last night we went to Michaels Steak Chalet (1 min walk) and thought the place was a must try. One of the more reasonable priced steakhouses in the area that had delicious food and the owner was really nice. I would absolutely stay at this property again if I were to find myself back in Osage Beach!
