Stayed Aug 10, 2025This is a wonderful property on the water. Well equipped kitchen. Our biggest challenge was having no bathroom on the second floor—we overlooked that detail when booking. Otherwise-we truly enjoyed our stay here.

Stayed Jun 11, 2025This property had everything you need and more to enjoy a relaxing and memorable time on Conesus Lake...from fishing off the dock or having a convenient place for your boat, to sitting by the fire pit and on the back deck, to having family dinners around multiple sitting areas to make memories with family, this was a warm, inviting place to stay. Our host was very responsive answering our questions and providing suggestions on locations to visit to enjoy Livonia and the surrounding area. We would stay here again! Thank you

Stayed Sep 13, 2024We really love this property. We have stayed at many and this is our top 5 for sure! This property was very clean and had every single thing you would need! Extra everything! Only thing was dishwasher didn’t work, but it was a short stay soot was fine. Will definitely rebook!❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Stayed Aug 25, 2024We had a wonderful stay at this home! The house is perfectly decorated and definitely suited for a few small families. We thoroughly enjoyed the living space and made very good use of the kitchen and outdoor grill. The outdoor living space, firepit, and dock were very much enjoyed by the kids and adults alike! Our check in was only slightly delayed by cleaning personnel still at work but certainly did not effect our review at all! We would like to come back next summer!
