Location + Luxury 3BD/3BA - 2 Blocks to King!

This is a lovely place to stay, good location. Cool kitchen, beds are firm, nice to have 3 bathrooms. Would definitely stay here again!

Property was clean and parking was readily available. It was close to everything. Loved that it had three bedrooms and three bathrooms. Very nice property.

Very clean and modern and decor is very nice. Parking in the driveway a big plus. Quiet lovely area. We walked to a local breakfast spot and neighborhood grocery store. It was a short drive to the waterfront with great restaurants and tourist attractions. Took a ride to Folly Beach about 20 minutes away. Overall fabulous stay.

House great and location. Only plus would be if added a Keurig!

Three Couples - we had a great time!! Great living space, we each had a bedroom and a bathroom, clean and comfortable. Loved the sound machines in each bedroom. That was a nice touch. Perfect spot for walking around downtown. Close to great restaurants and shops. Would choose again!!

Freezer is leaking- no hot water in kitchen sink- welcome mat needs replacing ( & mat right inside front door)…good location

All was in clean condition and working order and we loved the location. The sofa situation has changed from what was advertised in the picture as a sectional to a smaller sofa with 2 small uncomfortable chairs so our group wasn’t quite as comfy as we would have liked but it was still okay. Our other complaint was there were no lamps in the den! There was one tiny one that barely gave off light so your options in the evening were either full blown overhead bright lighting which we don’t like or darkness. The lighting in the bedroom is connected - it’s not lamps but bedside sconces so that worked for the bedrooms but no other real lamps. All in all it was a decent property and we appreciated everything being clean and ready for us and the host being in good communication for check in and check out procedures. Location was awesome which was the biggest perk. Bathrooms are small and tight particularly in the middle bedroom it’s awkward to get around with the door but it was great having 3 full bathrooms. We enjoyed our stay!

My husband and I visited Charleston this weekend to run the half marathon. The house was in a super convenient location - easy walk to King Street with so much shopping and tons of dining options. The unit itself was clean and well maintained with nice quality linens and a fully equipped kitchen. We had excellent communication with the hosts. They responded to our questions quickly, and let us know how to prepare the house for the unseasonably cold weather for Charleston. Overall, excellent experience.

Wry nice unit, very clean and great location. Communication was very quick and easy. I’d stay here again. The only negative is that you can hear the people walking around upstairs. There was also lots of student housing around having parties with loud music all day and evening.

Your house and location were great. However, Thursday night there was an outside street party of at least 50 kids screaming and yelling until 1 in the morning. Is this a normal occurrence?

After unpacking and getting settled, we all felt like we were at home. The space was perfect for six friends traveling together. And the location was great for walking to shops and shuttles.

Updated and very clean place. The beds were very comfy. Love that there is a bathroom for each bedroom. Also love that there is a driveway/parking area as we saw some vehicles that were parked on the streets that were towed. Enjoyed our stay there and would stay again if we go back to Charleston.

My daughter and I enjoyed our time in Charleston. The house was very clean upon arrival but has some issues that should be addressed. One of the showers leaks out all over the floor, the faucet in the kitchen stays in spray mode and makes an awful noise.The couch in the living room is different than the picture and not very comfortable. Beds were very comfortable and the decor was nice. It's nextdoor to a dilapidated building so there is no view out the side windows. It's a cute place, it just needs some attention.

Hard to describe just how perfect this rental is. Three very comfortable updated bedrooms, 3 small but efficient bathrooms. Great location. Very walkable to restaurants, shops and the local tour buses. They even include coffee! Much appreciated.

The property layout was perfect for us. We were one couple and two adults. We each had our own bedroom and bathroom while the common area was great for breakfast and for hanging out after dinner in the evening. Property was clean and up to date. There were a few extras, like sound machines in each bedroom. It was a fabulous experience for us.

The location is close to all the things we wanted to do in historic district while in Charleston. It is very clean and the beds are comfortable. We needed to ask the manager a few questions on our arrival and she was prompt and helpful. We recommend this property.

We loved how everything was in walking distance and how clean and beautifully decorated our place was! Our daughter goes to CofC and this will be our go to place to rent for now on!!

We had a great stay. Very comfortable beds and very nice accommodations. The only thing that I didn’t know was that the house rental was an upper lower separate rentals. We had the lower level and we could hear every step taken upstairs. Nothing that earplugs couldn’t fix. Charleston is fabulous and location is great. Quiet neighborhood.

We really enjoyed the location and we did not have to street park. The area felt very safe and we really enjoyed walking to shops and food day or night. Saturday was a bit loud outside with the upper deck homes on the corner but it is a college town and Mardi Gras season. The loudness stopped at a reasonable time. I would suggest adding some cleaning sprays as a mother that likes to quickly clean off counters. Beds and pillows were super comfy and the amount of space was much more than we expected. You could comfortably have 3 couples stay here or parents with 4 kids.

This house was perfect for a girlfriend trip.The location is close to shopping, museums, restaurants, and nightlife. It was also fun exploring the neighborhood and finding the hidden gems. We walked everywhere. Everything was perfect.

We had a blast staying in Charleston at your gorgeous property which is very convenient to everything we wanted to do in the city. We were literally able to walk everywhere.

My family met up in Charleston for a weekend getaway and this was a great place to stay. The apartment was spotless and well decorated. Most importantly, the beds (with foam mattresses) were very comfortable. It was great to have parking for our two cars as well. There was great communication with the property managers before and during our stay. It was an easy walk to King St and there were some nice restaurants nearby. My mom and I walked down King St during the day to shop and sightsee. At night, we drove for our dinner reservation down near Rainbow Row. There was a good bagel place nearby and some other breakfast spots but the kitchen seemed to have all the essentials if we wanted to eat in. We would definitely stay here again!

The property was very convenient and the beds were comfortable! Would definitely recommend it for your stay! Would recommend owner supply more hangers (under 5 for 3 bedrooms) and think about adding hooks particularly in front bedroom (very little storage to unpack bags). This is a wonderful property to celebrate a weekend with friends. The house was super clean and had everything we needed. It was close to King Street and we were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. The hosts were very communicative and helpful.

Great spot close to The College of Charleston. Easy walk to King Street and neighborhood restaurants/bars. Longer walk or Uber ride to the Market and French Quarter. If you want to be in the heart of tourist Charleston this is not the place for you but if you want to get away from that and live like a local it’s perfect!

A great place. We walked a lot! Down to the harbour, Rainbow Row, up and down King Street. Took in Hilton Head, a ghost tour, a food tour, at our of Ft Sumter, a plantation tour and dinner cruise. All within an easy walk or drive from the place.

The property was great for 3 adult women. We each could have our own bedroom and bathroom. The style and design was really wonderful for our stay and needs.
