Stayed Nov 25, 2025The host required a photo of my license the night before check in and I had serious concerns providing it due to obvious identity theft concerns. It was too late to find other lodging for a holiday weekend. If he needed it, he should have required it BEFORE I paid.

Stayed Sep 18, 2025Wow! Great place well furnished. Walk to very cool factory with a few shops activities coffee place and micro brew. 5 minutes to downtown and hair of restaurants. The house has two apartments with 3 bedrooms each. Great for family. Nice backyard. Dated but well kept up. And James is incredibly helpful and responsive. Thanks!

Stayed Jul 9, 2025The host was very accommodating and very helpful. We highly recommend this house. Southington is an old town with quaint restaurants and coffee shops…we will definitely stay here again when we are in the area. We had a family wedding in Torrington.
