Location! Close to Falls! 6-bedroom house in Niagara Falls

Convenient location, clean house)

1) the photo of the gas range was not what was not the stove in the house. It was a much smaller electric oven.2) No access to any cleaning supplies. Washer/Drier/Broom/Mop etc.3) There were very little cooking supplies. We had to go by pans to cook. 4) Best part was and most accurate was the fact that we were 5 min from the falls and 15 min from anything else we wanted to try.5) I felt like the renovations that were done, were rushed to get the house ready. Floors were uneven, back sliding door had screw holes where I assume they screwed it to stay shut and it didn’t even shut all the way as it was not level. I was worried about the safety of the deck as it seemed to be held up by fence posts and not 4x4. 6) I honestly wouldn’t stay here again or suggest people to stay there.

The cleanliness of the property was at best a 5/10. Floors were dirty in many areas and even sticky from improper cleaning or not being cleaned. Cleaning fee in my opinion should be partially refunded. I ended up mopping all the floors myself while here...Bathrooms were not very clean, some of the linens and towels had stains. Recessed lights in kitchen don't work at all leaving the kitchen very dark. One of the bedroom doors isn't even a solid door, it is fully see through glass and has no privacy. If you plan to do cooking there is limited pans/pots. May work for probably 80% of patrons. The neighborhood isn't the best, there was actually a drive by shooting while we were there 2 blocks away. None of the bedrooms have an actual bathroom attached or part of it, so there is not master bedroom per say.- This house was definitely used as offices or something commercial at some point as all the rooms were oddly setup and no actual closets really exist. Some doors don't latch or lock properly. The only TV in the house is missing the remote. Certain burners on the stove don't operate at full capacity. A lot of outlets in rooms/house don't work. So many more issues but unfortunately not enough space to list everything.

Huge house, has lots of bedrooms.

The house was in what appeared to be a terrible location. Stair was broken, window covered by wood, no response from the owner when texted. He initially responded when I said we were early - he said we could go in. When we went to go in two members of a cleaning crew were there and said the house wasn’t actually ready. It wasn’t even ready at check in time. Walkway was not shoveled or salted when we got there (they did it the second night). If the house wasn’t clean we would’ve left. Tiny shower. Dirty ceilings. Do not recommend.

It was a great property in a small town. Good-sized bedrooms and bathrooms. We enjoyed our stay.
