Location can't be beat! Bright, 1st floor oceanside duplex steps from the beach.

Very clean, well decorated.Host was very helpful. Great beach access and within walking distance of Fantasy Island and related restaurants/shopping.

Great little cottage. Easy to get to and from the beach, outdoor shower and clotheslines made for easy clean up. House is close to multiple great restaurants and bakeries. Easy communication with host.

The house was better than the pictures! Super close to the beach. House was fully stocked with cleaning supplies, beach chairs, boogie boards etc. The back yard was huge. Very happy with everything!

Another great family vacation in this beautiful beach home! Close to everything on LBI and the home has it all. Beach badges, chairs, umbrellas at the house makes it so easy to pack. All around a great location.

LBI never disappoints, but obviously where you stay counts! Highly recommend staying here! Perfect location, well maintained and very well provided with all necessities! Had a great time and this house definitely contributed to it!

I can't say enough about this place. The location to the beach is perfect. It's a quick walk. The property is very clean and very comfortable. You have everything you may need. Barbra is amazing. Her communication is on point. This is an annual trip for my daughter, best friend and myself and we wouldn't think of booking elsewhere. The location is amazing, you're so close to groceries, bagels, great restaurants and shopping.

This was exactly what we needed for a peaceful celebration. The location was excellent, just a few minutes from the beach, and walkable to lots of things. We usually walked along the beach and then cut over to the street we wanted for dinner or shopping. The only thing we drove to was the light house. The beds were comfortable, kitchen very well stocked, and there were even some beach supplies available. When upstairs neighbors arrived on the second night, the footsteps were a little loud, but that's probably to be expected. Wonderful stay, and I hope we will be back soon!

We enjoyed our stay so much over this beautiful mid-September weekend. The rental is perfect. Highlights were getting to use the outdoor shower and finding everything needed in the kitchen. All the beachy details inside remind you where you are at every turn when you're not on the beach itself, which is super close. Just charming! Thank you, Barbra!

Talk about location! A two minute walk to the beach, a beautiful from porch for watching the world go by, a great backyard for hanging out, and all the supplies (i.e. good beach chairs) make for a great spot. We enjoyed our stay!

My family of four had a fantastic week staying at Barbra’s property this August. The lower level unit is clean, has ample space and great outdoor options. We loved sitting out on the front porch for coffee in the morning and to relax in the evening. The best feature is the location - steps to the beach and only a short distance from all that Beach Haven has to offer. Barbra was very attentive throughout our stay. I would definitely recommend this property to those looking to enjoy LBI.

The home was just beautiful and had everything you would need for a beach vacation. The beds were super comfy and the location was perfect. We had a wonderful time staying here!
