The property was very clean inside and outside and close to downtown Prescott.

Home was functional and clean. The home itself is an older home; has the quirks of that. It’s in the perfect location and has everything you would need. Loved the makeup towels that are placed in the bathroom and the beds were comfortable. We stayed for a women’s retreat and the home worked perfectly for us.

We had a very relaxing and comfortable stay in this beautiful home in historic Prescott. Sara and Robert thought of everything as their home was well appointed and stocked. We traveled with our dog and being in a neighborhood where you could go out and walk and enjoy the scenery was perfect. We will definitely return to this home the next time we want to stay in Prescott!

This is an adorable property! It is very well appointed, I could have moved in! The kitchen had anything you’d need! A variety of spices, nice cutlery, and your choice of a kurig or a drip pot for your coffee. They thought of everything to make your stay feel like home. There are no steps from the parking area to the back door entry which made it so easy to load and unload. I’d give this home a million stars if I could.

This is a little cozy cottage…great for a couple with pets. Extremely clean and completely stocked this place was perfect. Never once did we worry about anything.

This is a well-located rental. Walking distance to the downtown area. There are two beds, one soft and one firm. That worked out great for us. The neighbors were quiet and had well-kept properties. I had an issue with the front door. The owner got it fixed immediately.My only complaint would be the skillets in the kitchen. They are far beyong their prime.

I knew this house allowed pets, and it has never been an issue at any places we’ve stayed before. I did not bring any pets. From the moment I opened the first door, an overwhelming stench of urine rushed out. At first, I thought it would just be the small mudroom, but it seemed to be saturated into the flooring, walls and rug.. in every room. We immediately wanted to leave. I actually started looking at availability at nearby hotels, within 15 minutes of being there. I opened up the front and back door for hours, trying to let in fresh air. It didn’t help. We only stayed one night, but couldn’t sleep most of the night, due to the smell and dander. I do not have allergies, but still woke up at 3 in the morning with a runny nose, sneezing. We have pets at home, and have brought our dog to vr’s before. I’ve never stayed at a pet friendly house or hotel that smelled this bad before. I also had to wash everything we had, even if it was not dirty, when we got home, because it all smells like ammonia/ urine. It is really too bad, because the house is cute, otherwise very clean, just maybe too many cats and dogs spraying everywhere. It is nearly impossible to get that smell out once it has soaked into everything. I would definitely not stay again, but I’m sure those who let their animals do their dirties inside, won’t mind it.

This property had everything you could need or want. It was super clean and so comfortable. The location was near all the tourist places. We will definitely come again.

What a great place! It was super clean, had everything we needed, and the beds were very comfortable. Lots of nice touches, like bottles of water in the fridge, snacks on the counter, and coffee provided! I highly recommend. I hope to stay here again in the future!

We enjoyed the location being so close to the Courthouse. Also, the bay window looking out onto the mature trees that we grew up with back in the Northeast was a treat. A bright sunny super clean cottage. The parking in the back of home was awesome along with the patio. Wished we still had our dogs as this would have been a perfect front yard for them. Hard to find a rental that allows them. My husband leaves it up to me and said I made a good choice with this property.

Our stay at this Prescott vacation rental was outstanding! The home was impeccably clean; truly the cleanest rental we've ever experienced. We loved the location, just minutes from downtown and perfect for attending the Bluegrass Festival. It is walkable, but note that you'll be walking uphill on the way back. The quiet neighborhood was a peaceful retreat, with friendly neighbors and even deer sightings right down the street. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Cute house, clean, nice neighborhood. House is old but we liked the charm of it. Close to everything. We enjoy the outside sitting area. Bathroom does make a bit of noise and it took us a bit to figure the shower. But overall very nice.

We very much enjoyed our stay in this home. The host's description of the property is accurate. We found the home to be very clean, and the kitchen well stocked even though we didn't prepare any meals and chose to eat out. The bed was comfortable and everything we used worked. The outdoor seating area in the back of the house would have been a great place to hang out had the weather been a bit warmer (our visit was during mid-March.) The check in process was very easy and the host checked via text to make sure we had everything we needed. The home is centrally located within the City of Prescott which makes it a perfect base for any visit.

My husband and I travel to Prescott frequently to visit our son and granddaughter. We decided to stay at this lovely property to see how secure the fencing was as we may visit with our dogs in the future. We were very impressed with everything. The house was clean with great towels and comfortable beds. My husband loves the fantastic Weber grill out back and used it during our stay. The property is very close to a grocery store and walking distance to downtown. There is a very secure dog run on the side of the property so we hope to return and spend a couple weeks with our dogs one of these winters. Great property and the house next door is owned by the same owner if you happen to be traveling with more people.

Prescott is a charming town and this house is no different. Looked just like the pictures and is easily walkable to midtown. I had a great time and would absolutely stay there again.

We were in Prescott for my Auntie and Uncle's 50th Wedding Anniversary Party. This place is such a gem. Centrally located to all the fun stuff yet set back enough to be in a quiet neighborhood. We will definitely be back there for another stay. There was an issue with the kitchen sink. Called Sara and she sent her handy hubby Robert right over to get it taken care of. If you need an awesome comfy place to stay with a party of 4, look no further. Book this one. They also own the property right on the other side of the driveway, so if your party is bigger than 4, book that one too. So cute!!!

This home is beautiful and clean. It sits in an amazing older area in Prescott. Close to downtown and everything! Highly recommend. The kitchen was nicely equipped! We enjoyed ourselves very much. We hated to leave, We will be back.
