Excellent house. It fit our needs exactly!

What a stunning home! We were blown away at the beautiful views, comfort, location, and thoughtful touches around the home.

The house, particularly the kitchen, is very well equipped with all that one might need. The home was very clean and comfortable with high end furnishings. The only negative was the gas fireplace in the family room wasn't operating.

Extremely well stocked, even with things we forgot such as bear spray. Kitchen was extremely well equipped. Laundry was very convenient to the room rooms. Host was very personable..

Everything about this property was great. The views from the property are breathtaking. Will definitely be back!

When they say the home has everything you could need it isn’t kidding! From the fully stocked appliances and basics in the kitchen to the extra bear spray, bug spray, and sunscreen we were over prepared for our trip in to the park. Everything was clean and so cozy and the owner was incredibly easy to get ahold of if I had any questions. Usually we stay somewhere in Gardner, but this home was well worth the extra 15 minutes to get to the park entrance.

Rigler’s River Rest was excellent for our family vacation to Yellowstone! The house was well stocked and had ample space for our family. The views were amazing and location was great for traveling in and out of the park every day!

The location is unbeatable. Elk in yard every morning, fabulous views , close to town , well equipped in every way ! This is the perfect house !!!

This property was perfect for our family getaway in North Yellowstone.First off, check in was a complete breeze, all we had to do was punch in a door code that was sent to us prior to our arrival via e-mail. The property grounds are stunning and right off of the Yellowstone River. The house was immaculately cleaned and very well stocked. The kitchen is large and able to cater to large groups. The pantry had all of the kitchen equipment you could possibly need; a slow cooker, Vita-mix, stand mixer, toaster over, microwave, Instant pot, etc. There is a large grill outside as well. The bedrooms (four in total with an additional loft containing four more beds) were large and clean, each having their own bathrooms complete with showers. The beds were very comfortable.The living area is spacious and open with very large windows to show off the amazing views. The deck on the back of the house was huge with multiple seating arraignments. Sitting out there in the morning with a cup of coffee and at night for stargazing was so incredibly peaceful. I did extensive searches online to find the perfect home for our vacation with two MUST HAVES in mind: Mountain views in all four directions and to be able to hear running water outside, this location delivered on both. I absolutely recommend this property for anyone wanting to vacation in Gardiner.

The property had everything we needed. The bedrooms with baths was wonderful. Each couple had their own space and didn’t need to share. The location was perfect for all the things we had planned. We spent several days going in and out of the Park but also kicking back and enjoying the house and it’s beautiful views. We won’t hesitate to recommend this home to others wanting to enjoy your beautiful area.

Our stay on the Yellowstone River was perfect for outdoor enthusiasts! The view was incredible! The house accommodated 12 people easily. It was clean and the kitchen well stocked. If I had a question, Susan was a text away. Overall, we couldn't ask for more. I have already recommended this house to many of my friends.

We spent a week here to get some serious time in Yellowstone. The house is pretty close to Gardiner, the north entrance of the Park, and the location made it easy to get in and out on a daily basis.The property itself was lovely, with a great outdoor seating area. The beds and bedrooms were comfortable, and it was great to not have to share a bathroom. I would go back

Rigler’s Rest was nothing short of amazing. The place was spacious, well stocked with everything you may possibly need during a stay, and the decor was on point! We enjoyed every moment of our stay here and the views of the river were spectacular. We enjoyed the outdoor deck areas. After doing lots of travel, I’m convinced VRBO renting is better than motels and hotels. Check in was easy and Tara was very responsive. I hope to stay here again some day.

Had an amazing stay here. Was perfect way to end our trip to Yellowstone, the sunsets on the deck were perfect. Hope to return in the future!

This property was even better than described! They had the house stocked with anything and everything we could have needed or wanted. The house sat right on the Yellowstone River and was picture perfect!

We stayed in this home for 5 nights and it was perfect. 4 adults and 2 kids ages 9 and 5. Close to the town of Gardiner. Home is very well equipped. Would highly recommend staying here when visiting Yellowstone. 15-20 minute drive to entrance of park.

This property was beyond our expectations! It fit our whole family comfortably with multiple spaces to be all together. Just 10 minutes to the entrance to Yellowstone.

In fact, best house EVER. As seasoned VRBO users, we have never stayed in a house so well maintained, with so many amenities provided (even bear and insect spray.) This owner really CARES and it shows. The location is optimal, at the end of a lot so you have lots of privacy and no light pollution to see the stars at night. And it is a very short drive to Yellowstone entrance. Have a question? The owner is INSTANTLY available. If we could give this ten stars, we would.

Outstanding

No words can describe this property but WOW and outstanding. We were a small group of 4 and loved everything. Best location just outside the town but still close to Yellowstone. The house was spotlessly clean and has everything to make the stay comfortable. Large house with a fully stocked large kitchen with top notch appliances and cookware. Plenty of living and dining space. Beautiful views of the river and mountains. Nice that each bedroom has its own bathroom. Washer and dryer came in handy. Everything is so well thought out and organized it’s truly unbelievable . We woke up early and enjoyed coffee on the deck and watched the elk in the yard. Also a few Canadian geese family nesting near by was fun to watch all the babies. Firepit on the deck made for a cozy evening and hanging out.We never wanted to leave. If i had a house in Montana this would be the perfect place.

This house is incredible! It is very easy to get to, close to the park, even closer to the lovely town of Gardiner, cozy, relaxing, and great for families. There was a ton of space (10 beds in all) and great amenities for a week long trip. We cooked there most nights, enjoying the views and sunset from the comfort of the private balcony. It is very quiet and relaxing, and exactly what you would hope for in a Yellowstone vacation house. Tara was also extremely responsive and helpful, couldn't ask for a better host. Would highly recommend for anyone looking to stay with a family for their Yellowstone trip.

Had the perfect bedroom/sleeping arrangements, dinning room table, kitchen , and entryway, for our crew on our winter getaway! The house location worked well for our day trips into Yellowstone National Park. I would recommend this property, for a comfortable, clean, and convenient experience! .

We are a group of four retired businessmen turned serious photographers who come to Yellowstone every January to capture the wildlife and landscapes. Our VRBO was the perfect location, beautiful throughout, with a well appointed kitchen.Plenty of space for great evening meals and on the on the go breakfast. Everything we needed was there. The extra large table was great for evening photo editing.

We spent four nights beginning with NYE for our time exploring Yellowstone. A convenient 12-15 min north of Gardiner and the park entrance. Make sure you drive across the bridge by the Yellowstone Hot Springs over to the Old Yellowstone Trail dirt road, where you can often find bighorn sheep. Thanks for a great stay!

Enjoyed our stay.

This property was absolutely amazing! It was a great location. We spent 4 days exploring Yellowstone and this was a great home base. We loved fly fishing on the river and walking along its banks. There was plenty of room for our group to spread out (4 adults and 4 teens). The kitchen was stocked with just about anything you would need. The hosts were so accommodating and responsive. We were sad to leave and would definitely stay here again!

Riverrest was the PERFECT home base for our visit to Yellowstone National Park. The house and surroundings are even more beautiful than in the photos. The host is very organized and proactive. Susan the local property manager was very helpful. We will definitely be back! Thanks again for a wonderful stay!

We all loved this place by the Yellowstone River. It was convenient to Yellowstone NP, private, well-stocked, comfortable, relaxing! We enjoyed cooking in the kitchen that everything we needed and more. The beds and pillows were super comfortable. We enjoyed sitting out on the back deck around the fire pit, and gathering for our family dinners around the more than roomy for the 6 of us. The hosts were very good at communicating with us.

Our stay was absolutely fantastic. The home was more than we could have asked for. It was clean, VERY well stocked, open, and large. It had an amazing view of the mountains and river that made morning coffees the best. Each bedroom was massive, had its own bathroom, and the bathrooms were stocked with supplies. It was a short ten minute drive to the Yellowstone park. Perfect location to feel secluded yet close to attractions. The host was kind and communicated quickly! We couldn’t have enjoyed our stay more and appreciate this home. We would absolutely love to go back. If you’re thinking about booking…BOOK IT!

The home is amazing. It worked great for our family. We spent each day in Yellowstone and relaxed on the deck at night. We all appreciated great bathrooms and showers in each bedroom. The place was so spacious and so much provided in the pantry. I would definitely recommend. And Gardiner is a tie town.

This property is simply amazing, not only the stunning views but the house is hands down the best we’ve ever stayed in and HIGHLY recommended. The house had everything we needed for cooking and more, a full pantry of spices, bear spray for hiking and the toilet paper was plentiful! The owners were very responsive and the property was close enough to town in case we needed anything or more groceries. They even offered to mail back my son’s souvenir that he left at the property back to us! The house was immaculate for cleanliness and there was plenty of space for privacy as well. You will not regret this stay.

Great location, exceptionally clean, breathtaking views from every window, kitchen has everything u need and then some. We absolutely loved our stay here, 15minutes from Yellowstone entry, 10 minutes from restaurants and groceries. Great communication with owners also.. that has not always been the case with other rentals. We would definitely stay again.

Wonderful stay! Loved the location. The kitchen was outstanding.

It was our second time to stay here. We were the 2nd family to rent it in 2018. We were so excited it worked out with our plans in 2024. Tara is an excellent host. She’s quick to respond to any and all questions or concerns. The views are spectacular and the floor plan is excellent for multiple families. Would highly recommend this VRBO!
