A large open kitchen with dining room, a large living room and a ground floor bedroom. The others are upstairs. 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets for your comfort. Television, internet and a cellar to store bicycles are available.

It has been furnished in a chic upcycling spirit with second-hand furniture and decorations, while remaining of good quality.

Immediately adjacent to the town centre and the sea, just a few minutes' walk from the small train of Saint Trojan, the ideal place for a car-free holiday.

Attention, no parking within the property but you have a public car park right next to the house and two others less than 100m away, all free of charge.

The garden is chemical-free and environmentally friendly. A compost bin is at the foot of the house.
