Lloyd's Lodge: Spacious Fripp Island Retreat with Golf, Beaches, Pools, and Screened Porch!

We stayed at the home because we had a wedding to on Lady’s island. The owners of the home were very quick to respond to my text. I had to contact them on Thanksgiving day and they were great about getting done what we needed.

Great time, very informative! House was clean, nice location! Great host! Perfect setup for our family! However….Neighbor is very mean and nasty! Looked through his kitchen blind the entire time as we enjoyed the swing bed on screened in porch. Would love to visit again we come to Fripp 3-4 times per year, but that neighbor is somewhat a deterrent!

Our stay at Lloyd's Lodge was absolutely fantastic, and the location was truly unbeatable! Easy access to the golf course, marina and beach were very convenient. Being able to sit on the back porch and watch the deer feeding in the woods at sunset was incredible. The peaceful atmosphere of the neighborhood was also a huge plus, and our property manager was quick to respond when we had issues with the air conditioning. If you are looking for a beach house with an excellent location that combines proximity to the beach with a peaceful setting, then Lloyd's Lodge is the perfect choice! We hope to return soon!

The house was perfect with 3 bedrooms and each with their own bathroom. The house is centrally located and nestled perfectly to access pools, beaches, restaurants, nature preserve activity center, fireworks and more! We had a great stay!!

Our family enjoyed it visit in this lovely home. Very spacious! I love that each bedroom has its own bathroom and an extra powder room of the upstairs living area so that person has their own bathroom too. The back screened in porch with a porch swing, rocking chair, and other seating areas was amazing in sharing family fun and laughter! The back yard is so pretty that we did it family photos there with the small pond in the background. I would highly recommend this home!

We had a wonderful time in a lovely property. Apparently it’s been newly painted- we were looking for the yellow house that was in the listing. I will say that my son’s car was dented by a random goofball, parked in the driveway behind my husband’s car. Certainly not the property’s fault, but it can happen that close to the golf course, I suppose.

We had a great time at Lloyd’s Lodge. The place is perfect for a peaceful time down south! We enjoyed watching the Big South women’s golf tournament. The house itself is a little dated but is warm and cozy. Thanks for sharing your nice place with us!

We had a great week staying in Lloyd's Lodge. There was plenty of space for everyone. It was very quiet and peaceful location. The beaches were great! The home could use updated appliances and dishes (pots/baking sheets, cooking utensils) but we made do with what is there. We opted to get the resort guest passes, without those you cannot access the pools, fitness center or other amenities.

The property is in a good location. A little bit far to the beach, but not a bad walk through this beautiful island. The appliances, mattresses and furniture need updating. Plenty of space and overall enjoyed staying there.

We really enjoyed the location and the house. We would definitely stay here again!

our stay was very nice !!! As far as the property the house could use a deep cleaning and a cabinet or shelf could definitely be added to the kitchen to have somewhere to put groceries. But over it was great !!!

Property was just as described in the listing. “Loyd’s Lodge” is a little older home but still has lots of charm. The golf decor was really a nice touch. The whole place was very clean from top to bottom. Only thing I would recommend is a bigger grill. There were 2 grills on site 1 was rusted through and the other was pretty much brand new but it was tiny and not a good fit for a home that sleeps 10. A/C was a 10/10 and keep the home cool even on a hot costal week. Very quiet on the back side of Davis Love drive. If you are looking for a nice quite Fripp Island stay i would highly encourage this property with its screened in back porch and watch the deer and gators come out in the morning and evenings. Super cool experience.
