Lively 5 bd 2 1/2 bth pet friendly home minutes from downtown. GAME ROOM

This place surpassed our expectations! There were 8 of us, and the 5 bedrooms and 2 kitchens made sure we had enough room for our long weekend. There was plenty of cleaning supplies, dishes and cooking materials, and the downstairs with the pool table and arcade machine was great!

Everything was great. The only thing was more towels are needed for upstairs. There was three bedrooms. I think there should have been 2 towels a piece for each guess.

We love spending time together at the wonderful, fun, well stocked, clean home. It is spacious and comfortable. This was our second stay. Highly recommend!

This house is amazing. Great location

This was a great house. Plenty of space for nine adults and small dog. Having two kitchens was great, plenty of parking, comfy beds. Hosts provided lots of little extras that were much appreciated. Yard and deck were good outside space to hang out. Easy drive to waterfront. Communication with host was great and check in and out were flawless and easy. Would definitely recommend this property!

We were a family 6 adults, 5 children ranging in age from 2 to 15. The house worked fine for us. Clean, well stocked. Host was very responsive. The older kids spent most of their time downstairs with pool, foosball table, and arcade game. Adults enjoyed watching baseball playoffs on big screen tv.House is convenient to many activities, Ruby falls zoo, aquarium, duck boat tour, riverwalk, etc.

House was perfect. 10/20 minutes to anywhere in town you would want to go. Could not have had a better experience.

It was a perfect house for a large family or multiple families. Owner has made it so easy to travel with children by providing everything you could think of. Very clean. Pictures are exactly reflective of what you are renting. We really loved our stay! Will stay again.

My son and his groomsmen loved staying here the night before the wedding! They each had their own room and loved playing pool together. It was a great location for wedding events!

This house is so big and spacious! Plenty of room for everyone to spread out. There are TV’s in all bedrooms and a giant tv in the living room. The kitchen has everything you might need. We very much appreciated the water, snacks, and coffee that were put out for us. The downstairs area of the home is completely separate from the top. It has a game room with lots of fun things to do. The kids room with bunkbeds was well loved by my grandson. We would definitely recommend this house and hope to stay again in the future. Thank you so much!

This house was perfect! We all had plenty of room and lots of family fun! It was about 10 minutes from downtown Chattanooga. The neighborhood was not fantastic, but the house and the yard were very well kept. The only other thing I would mention is that you cannot access the upstairs and downstairs from inside the house. You have to go outside the house to get to the different levels.

Dionne was great about communicating with us before the stay about how to get into the property and at what times. This property was very well kept, with a lot of things to do after your time in the city. Will be staying again!

This house was amazingly well stocked and clean. Lots of space and bedrooms. We were unfortunately there during a tropical storm so we didn't get to enjoy everything to the fullest like the outdoor space, but it was very nice. The owner was very helpful and easy to communicate with.

Miss Dione was so very kind and immediately responsive to any minor issues. The home is lovely and lots of space. The downstairs with pool table, darts, foosball etc was perfect for the younger adults to hang out. No need was overlooked by our gracious host. Don’t let first appearances fool you about the neighborhood, it’s an older area in transition; it was extremely quiet day and night

The host, Dionne, was very responsive to inquiries before and during the whole process of renting this location. She added a nice touch with a personal note on the white board upon arrival welcoming us and had some snacks in the kitchen as well as a good supply of Keurig cups.
