    Great place to stay in Santa Barbara. A block from the ocean made it so easy to go out and enjoy walking, the beach or the restaurants at the harbor. So comfortable and came with all needed appliances and gear. We totally enjoyed our stay!

    This was a lovely little home in a quiet neighborhood just a block from Shoreline Park. About a 15 minute walk to the town marina and maritime museum and a 10 minute drive to downtown Santa Barbara. Perfect for 3 single women, two couples, or a family with 2 children. Well appointed and maintained. I would book this property again.

    The house was just ideal for our family getaway. We loved the location just steps from the coastline and park, and the house was very comfortable and functional for extended family getaway.The family room and wrap around coach was an ideal gathering spot and we enjoyed using the kitchen and grilled on the BBQ one night.We look forward to coming back again soon!

    I thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful serene bright tropical stay. The home was very comfortable and offered everything needed for relaxing, cooking, entertaining family that live nearby. Outdoor back yard was ideal for yoga and eating and relaxing in the chaise. Thank you so very much! And the property managers were great with communication!

    Well maintained and comfortable 3 bedroom, very close to the ocean and quite close to beach and downtown / state street. Cute backyard, could use an upgrade in cups and a reduction in rules/requirements. Overall, great experience.

    Lovely home exactly as described and pictured in the perfect location to explore Santa Barbara! 1 minute to oceanfront park, close to downtown for restaurants and shopping, fantastic hiking trails, and also a great place to relax after a big day. Looking forward to a return visit!

    My best friend and I spent 5 days visiting my Granddaughter who attends UCSB. We had a fabulous time The Palm Cottage was perfect. We had to contact the property management and they could not have been nicer and prompter to take care of us. Would stay again and recommend to others.
