The screened in porch was nice. The pool near our place was nice. The main floor was nice. Comfortable beds. Overall cleanliness was way below average. The rug on steps and downstairs was disgusting. 5-cup coffee maker??? Ice maker did not work. Would not recommend.

Great location! The amenities at the resort were wonderful. Upstairs is totally renovated and gorgeous the downstairs not so much. Downstairs is outdated and very musty with mediocre beds. It would be nice to have wash clothes and more towels. We had to go buy washcloths and towels.

Overall, the property was perfect for our group of 12. We had three families with 6 kids total and every group got to have their own large room and bathrooms. There was a nice amount of towels on property too. The only issues we had overall was the property was not very clean. Mainly all the surfaces you touch will be clean but under the beds and behind headboards we found past guest socks, chips, and candy wrappers. There was a lot of cobwebs all over the property as well. The screened in porch was so nice to sit in without the bugs every night.

We enjoyed morning coffee on the screened in porch. The 4 full bathrooms in each sleeping area provide privacy. It is like having your own motel room. The kitchen is well equipped & the open living area with large dining table is great for gatherings. A pool is nearby plus all the amenities the resort offers. It is surrounded by trees, no view of the lake.Could use a few more towels.

This place was great! Just like the pictures; such a cute cottage-like house. A lot of surrounding houses nearby but still feels isolated in the woods. Each bedroom is like its own hotel room which was actually a nice surprise - extra room and also mini fridges! Also loved the location which was close to all the spots we love to go to. Would definitely stay here again!

This property is cute on the inside. The outside could use some love. The wifi was hit and miss and the code to the front gate never worked. We were basically told to deal with it. The bedding wasn't super clean. Not enough toilet paper or dish washing soap provided. I am a regular VRBO renter and this experience wasn't the greatest.

This was a great property in a great location at the lake. Owner was very responsive to our questions. Will stay there again.

The property was clean. No carpet, except on stairs. Liked that, do think carpet should be replaced as it was extremely dirty and smelly. Screened in porch was great. Spent most time there. Small problem with upper bedroom a/c, phoned and they responded quickly. Will probably use again. A.S.

Home has 3 BR and 4 Baths. Listed as a 4/3. We could not park 4 vehicles in assigned spots, only 3. Cleaning was very poor. We had to dust LR and dining table was filthy. Grill was disgusting w/ completely full grease pan, food stuck on grill & dirty utensils left on grill shelf. Dirty kitchen utensils in drawers, small amt of kitchen towels, only 4 face cloths, skimpy bath towels. Had to buy some & left there. Beds were comfortable, but frames not attached to headboards & mattresses slid apart. Great place to stay if you want to clean first

It was very nice and adequate for our family. The air conditioning unit in the downstairs bedroom made an awful noise so we turned it off and left it off.
