Lion House is a large property situated within the town of Ashbourne. It houses three bedrooms, comprising of a king-size double with an en-suite, a double with an en-suite and a twin bedroom, sleeping up to six people. On the first-floor there is also a bathroom with a shower over bath, basin and WC. Completing the interior is a sitting/dining room, a kitchen, a games roomand a snug. Outside, there is one off-road parking space and a rear garden with furniture. Lion House is a superb base for enjoying a holiday at Southern end of the Peak District.

    Beautiful property just as described and even better in reality.Only one minor issue the key box needs to be relocated near the front door and upgraded to a new one.
