The location relative to the beaches and the main entertainment was perfect. The house was not great. It was very dated and kind of dingy. There were bugs (ants and a few other types) constantly in the kitchen. The dishwasher and fridge were not connected to water. The freezer had mold in it. The shower leaked. The upstairs bathroom had no ventilation so it was growing mold. The ac in the bedroom only worked okay. In my 20s, this would have been fine. With a kid and my parents and my in laws, it was not great.

Great location. Beach is 1 minute away, town life 1 minute the other way. Surprising amount of indoor space from the outside appearance. The sun room is a great add-on. Quaint & private backyard w/ an outdoor shower. Neither was advertised in the description. Definitely would rent again??

Excellent location - walking distance to restaurants but not loud or crazy at night. House is a little dated and nothing fancy but close to the beach and had everything we needed for our beach week. We really appreciated that we were able to rent linens and beach chairs and they were there waiting for us. Very nice experience.
