This 3 bedroom 1 bath house is located in private Briggs Farm. The Great Salt Pond stretches 4 miles long and offers endless opportunities for fishing, quehoging, swimming and kayaking. There are three beautiful beaches within three miles of the house, each offers a different experience. Walk the docks of an operational fishing village and buy lobster right off of the fishing boats! The Block Island Ferry is just 4 miles away and brings you to a great island adventure- don't forget to bring your bikes! If fishing is your thing, there are daily charter boats available or private charters for the whole family, Block Island sound offers fantastic Striped Bass fishing. Children love Adventure Land which offers batting cages, go karts, bumper boats and miniature golf. The beaches offer all day long sun and surf for boogie boarding, sand castle building or just relaxing on the beach. Return to the central air conditioned beach house and have the kids experience the excitement of the outdoor shower while you warm up the gas grill on the patio for the 2 lb. lobster! This three bedroom, 1 bath house is vinyl sided with a beautiful kitchen and appliances as well as a very clean bathroom and freshly painted bedrooms. Watch the large flat screen TV on those hot nights while the central air cools you down. There is a washer and dryer as well. The house sleeps 6 comfortably. Bring your bikes because there is a 8 mile long bike path through Narragansett, if you are unable to bring the bikes, there is a rental shop in town. This is a perfect summer vacation.     The house was just what we needed for a short weekend stay. Our family of six had plenty of room to watch tv and hang out for the limited time we were there. A few more throw blankets would have been great for the couch. The bathroom was small but served its purpose. Everything was clean. It was obviously used as a rental as the furniture in the living room and kitchen were worn, but nothing that detracted from our stay. The bedrooms were comfortable and all of us slept well. The kitchen had the essentials. We baked a cake to celebrate a birthday while we were there and found everything we needed to do so. We used a disposable pan so not sure if a cake pan was available. We found restaurants, grocery stores, and gas stations close by. We never needed to contact the host as the check in and out plus wifi and tv instructions were all provided. All in all it was a pleasant visit.

    Clean, spacious, and centrally located for day trips to Newport and Block Island. Quiet neighborhood with lovely backyard space. It's also conveniently located near several restaurants. Open floor plan with kitchen, DR, and LR with a huge TV and an extra-large couch. Five women thoroughly enjoyed their two-night stay and hope to return next year!

    Adorable house with all the accommodations and amenities my kids and I needed! It is in a very nice, walkable neighborhood and so close to EVERYTHING - beaches, restaurants, grocery store, movie theater, etc. We would definitely stay there again!!

    The home was clean and comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet and off the beaten path, but close to beaches, restaurants and shopping. I enjoyed the pretty backyard. I would definitely book again when in the area.

    The property was well cleaned, the size suited our needs, and it was close to the beaches. Spent time sunning, visiting block Island and exploring Fishermen’s. Lovely farmers market on Sunday. Thanks for an enjoyable stay. We may see you again next year.

    This rental is in a great location and was perfect for our 6 person family! Big communal space to relax in the evenings and the kids loved the bunk bed :)

    Overall we loved the location. We are hosts ourselves and we felt a few tweaks to the place would help with guest satisfaction. When we arrived, it was extremely hot, so we had to crank the AC. There were minimal amenities, so we had to go get coffee every morning because there was only a keurig and no keurig cups. A coffee maker is a must have. We had very few towels, no shampoo, one ply toilet paper, etc. There were visible bug traps and the home wasn’t super clean. The host was very responsive, but it just felt like they were not totally ready to host or unable to provide decent amenities. The small things make a big difference, and the location gives it potential, so it’s worth the extra attention to those issues.
