Lincoln’s Landing - perfect location to enjoy all Wilmington has to offer!

11 members of our family from 3 different states came to visit my daughter that lives in Wilmington for Thanksgiving! From the moment we walked in it felt like home!! The home had everything we needed or wanted! It made for a perfect Thanksgiving!!

Great place to stay! We enjoyed our visit to Wilmington. This home is so adorable and had plenty of room for our family of 10.

This house is a very nice house with lots of room. Lovely kitchen and front bathroom is very pretty. Master bedroom is very spacious and the bed is slightly comfy. Bedroom 1 with 2 single beds were slightly less comfy. Bedrooms 2 and 3 were very pretty with queen beds but all of those beds were very uncomfortable. Neighborhood is nice and in a great location, close to shopping and great food. Not too far from the beach either. Parking in rear is tight but gives easy access to home. Overall enjoyed our stay and the owner was great to work with, super sweet!

Denise was a fantastic host and the house and property was spectacular. Great for a gathering of any kind. Close to downtown and beaches. Loved it here and hope we can come back!

You will not find many homes like this! Spacious! Had wife, four daughters , two spouces, and kids under 5 yr old. The house was remarkable. There was everything we needed and more so we could spend all our time having fun. Host was great

Great stay

The house worked out great for us. We had 11 people (2 families for a wedding). It was great that we could all be together to visit and have fun in between wedding festivities. Denise was great. She called to let us know the house was ready for an early checkin. She had snacks waiting for us in the house. Everything was very clean and the kitchen was updated. The furniture is a little dated and some of the beds were creaky and uncomfortable. With 11 people we could have used another bathroom but we made do. Overall it was a great stay for us.

I have to say that I have vacationed in many places and this house was not only beautiful, but in a very nice location. The owner ( Denise) was the best hostess ever. We spoke 20 times from booking to leaving. Highly recommend her home for a vacation rental.

Omg what can I say. The host was AMAZING! She checked on me before my arrival. Offered and extra day for availability. She made sure we had everything we needed for the kids and the house was fully stocked with all we needed. The location was perfect. The house was so beautiful and spacious. We stayed up late everyday because the patio is screen protected so we didn’t get bit up by bugs. The house is 4 miles from Wrightsville beach which is awesome. Hands down this is definitely 5 star service and quality. We are already looking to book with her again. You definitely will enjoy this stay. Quiet neighborhood oh and it’s near stores and restaurants which we really didn’t have to drive far for anything. Rooms were nice and the master bed bedroom I fell I love with. Thanks for sharing your home with us we loved it. This was a great 4th if July weekend!
