This single-story home is scenically situated on the Outer Cape, where it sits between the heart of Eastham (one mile north) and Orleans (three miles south). Close by, find bike rentals, the Eastham Public Library (one mile), and a wide assortment of beaches for every preference. The house offers a classic Cape Cod experience, starting with a large back deck where you can lounge in the sun and dine in the coastal breeze each evening. You'll have a gas grill for your summer barbecues, a backyard where your kids can play, even a Ping-Pong table for high-stakes family tournaments.
