Modern 3 bedroom house, located just 100m from Ligar Bay Beach.
Bifold doors in the open plan lounge/dining room open out onto the deck with views to the ocean. Table and chairs are available to use on the deck, as well as a gas BBQ.

Stayed Jul 17, 2025Property is absolutely beautiful. Everything is clean, everything you need is there, so just bring yourselves and your gear. There were even toys and books for the kids, which was a lovely change from the few bits we brought. The fire heats up the whole house nicely and there were extra blankets for the cold nights ( we visited in winter). The view is amazing. Would definitely stay here again

Stayed Feb 5, 2025Great place to stay on a beautiful Golden Bay holiday. Really close to the beach and had everything we needed for a relaxing holiday. Particularly liked being able to open up all of the bifold doors and have great indoor / outdoor living. We would definitely stay again!

Stayed Dec 8, 2024Have stayed here before and enjoyed it both times. Comfortable accommodation and convenient location, suits our 3 person family very well. Host always responds promptly - on this trip the BBQ stopped working and the host replaced it with a new one (from Nelson) within 2 days. Plan to return again.

Stayed Sep 7, 2024Amazing property in an amazing location, just the peaceful getaway we needed. The property manager is lovely and incredibly easy to speak/deal with. Everything that you could possibly need and more is at the property. Lots of information regarding places around the local area and recommendations of things to do if you are not local to the area. We will be back and thank you so much for letting us stay in your beautiful home.

Despite inclement weather most days we found the house very comfortable, quiet and relaxing, regardless of the weather. Jennifer, the host, was easy to contact and very helpful. We have already booked another stay later in the year.
