Planning a fun weekend on the lake At Green Beach you won’t need a golf cart or repelling gear to get to the water. This is one of three houses that share a private 500’ length of beautiful waterfront. It is just a few level steps from porch to boat ramp or dock. The dock has a swim platform and a covered 10x24 slip. Nearby attractions include Ha Ha Tonka State Park, Old Kinderhook Golf & Spa Resort, Lake Valley Golf Club.
The completely updated (2022) house has an openfloor plan with 4 bedrooms (3 king beds,2 doubles), three full bathrooms, a family/game room, and wrap around deck. You will find a fully equipped kitchen, 10 ft center island perfect for family dinners or game night, and a large laundry room with a washer and dryer.
