We really enjoyed our stay at the house. The pool is especially nice and the kids enjoyed it very much. The house was very clean and Graziella was easy to communicate with and even took care of a broken toilet seat, which we were thankful for. The house has a lovely big garden and having Graziella live next door was actually quite nice. She wasn't there a lot, so it was still like we had everything to ourselves most of the time. We would recommend the house and will come and visit again. 3 Points that might be good to know: We found the house to be very hot in the night, so possibly bring a fan, if you don't like it too hot in the nights. The pool is accesible between 08:30 a.m and 07:00 p.m. That wasn't a big issue for us with kids, but possibly with older kids it could be worth knowing this in advance. Also, there is no jumping in the pool from the sides. Again, not a big issue for us, but might be good to know before booking. Apart from that: go for it and book

In this house we had a perfect holiday. The house is well equipped and there is a lot of room in the garden. Our children; 19, 12 and 10 years old really appreciated the pool and I enjoyed the sunbeds and the magnificent view from the pool area. We can definately recommend others to stay here. //Marie Svärd

Absolutely fantastic holiday! Casale Bellaria is amazing, nature area has a mesmerizing, the interior of the house is as of some great old tales of Tuscany, wonderful swimming pool ... The owner of the house, Graziella, has made our stay here is like never before! We had the pleasure to meet nice people from Belgium, and have a nice hang out with them at the pool. Highlight of our stay in Tuscany was a dinner hosted by Graziella prepared last night and that definitely made our holiday unforgettable. From 1 to 10-10 plus! Theodora, Djurdja, Ivana and Pedja

We loved the place very much and were glad to meet Graziellia, Vivian and Biu. We had a very nice time, even mwith our children (1,5 an 5 years) who enjoyed the playing ground very much. The appartment was very nice, we found everything we needed a it's a great place to start exkursions to the sea or places of interest, like volterra, pisa, lucca, populonia .... we sure will come back!!!

There is little we can add to all that the other guests have written, all of which we agree with entirely. Graziella's very warm welcome, together with all her helpful advice and information instantly made us feel at home. As well as enjoying all the places of historic interest, including the many small, beautiful, medieval hilltop towns in the vicinity, we enjoyed our explorations on foot on the local, quiet byways. Mille grazie a Graziella, Ramiro, Gabriele e Lupo. Apologies for our haltering attempts at speaking Italian! Anne and Bill, Winchester, England
