Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our trip was planned/booked last minute (the day before) because we decided to “snow chase”. We’ve stayed at this cabin and community before and knew we wanted to be in here. The elevation is approx 4,000 feet, the views are stunning, so peaceful, quiet, no noise or traffic... we decided to just hang out at the cabin the entire trip and made a few trips down to the playground so our kids could sled on the hills. It was perfect and cozy. Tom and the rental management team were very responsive and helpful before, during and after as well.

Very very minor, but we had no paper towels, and the coffee pot lid is broken, and when reassembled, still won’t drip correctly. Caught in time, but it is likely going to spill over during future use.

Location was superb but you have to be willing to drive all those crazy switchbacks to arrive, but it is well worth all the jitters. House was so comfortable for four of us, cooking, enjoying the porch and fires daily to sit by. This was our second year and will return in 2024.

Great location. So easy to access the ski and tubing hills or visit Biltmore for the day.

With that said, I also think we have found the perfect location/area in Maggie Valley to purchase our own vacation home. This house was as clean as a whistle, had everything you could possibly need, and the view was spectacular. We absolutely loved the community that this house is in, especially the wide paved roads. We would definitely stay here again.

The home is very nicely decorated. The views are fantastic, and we have stayed in the community for many years. We love Maggie Valley and escape the FL heat as often as possible. We decided to shorten our stay for several reasons. There are rats or mice chewing on wood in the ceiling. We heard them upstairs and near the fireplace. They should be removed before allowing the home to be rented.
