Leaward Shores Guesthouse | Lake view home in Moultonborough with dock & deck

Beautiful property, great area, and beautiful view! Very clean and welcoming space.

This cute little house with a lake view was exactly what we were looking for. It was clean and had a spacious eating and living space with a wall of windows. From the beautiful deck, we could hear loons on the lake in the evening. We were blessed with an incredibly clear, star-filled sky and saw shooting stars one night! Part of the lake view was obscured by a large house between this one and the lake, but that might have contributed to this house having a more affordable rental rate than those right on the lake. There were plenty of towels and pillows. Bring your own coffee for drip or k-pod coffee makers. We are glad we found this place!

This property was great. It was the perfect fit for our family and what we needed. The only negative I could say is to upgrade the appliances. The dishwasher and water for the fridge didn’t work and the oven took a very long time to heat up, so we didn’t use it. Also, maybe a tv in the queen bedroom. We very much enjoyed our stay and will be renting here again next year!

The house was perfect and clean! The host was very responsive when we had any questions which was extremely helpful. Overall, this place was great for a weekend getaway and had an amazing view. 10 out of 10 recommend!

I would highly recommend this place. Very nice accommodations with a great view of the lake. The interior of the guest house is spacious and has a great balcony overlooking the lake. The beds were comfortable and the area was very quiet. I would definitely stay here again

Perfect location for us, simple and easy.

The owners were on property and were very friendly and accommodating. They answered any questions we had and made us feel very comfortable as guests. We shared a dock with them which was large enough for our 24 ft pontoon boat. The sunrises and sunsets were unbeatable! Come to find out Long Island is known for their sunsets. As for the property it was meticulously maintained with comfortable needs and higher end linens. The furniture was newer and stylish, it would be something I would have in my own home. The house was completely stocked and there was nothing you needed to bring as far as spices, silverware, cookware ect ... The internet, a/c and electric shades worked like a charm. The bedding set up is better for one family with children as the one of the rooms has three twin beds which my kids loved. The second bedroom has a roomy queen with an additional twin. The living space is big enough for a good size family! I highly recommend this property for the friendliness of the owners, the cleanliness and the easy access to your boat.

Nice quiet area.

Nice quiet property with good water access. The windows could have been a bit cleaner and the deck gets fairly hot since there isn't much in the way of shade beyond an umbrella, but overall it was a nice play to stay with excellent air conditioning to combat the heat and humidity when we were not out on the lake.
