Had a lovely Christmas here. The house was beautiful. It had everything we needed, from pantry items to cleaning supplies. The knives in the kitchen were sharp! Cooking Christmas dinner was so easy with the well stocked kitchen. The beds were super comfortable.Jon was quick to respond when we reached out.10/10 would recommend.

The property was a great option for our stay in Leavenworth. It had nice amenities and was in a convenient location close to town, which made getting around easy. The space worked well for our needs and overall provided a comfortable place to stay during our trip.

Loved the comfy environment of the home. Worked perfectly for our family needs. Loved having the fireplace with the Christmas tree. Alot of game playing at the table.Make sure guest take screen shot of key pad code for front door. We had no internet service.

Amazing property and stay. Open kitchen/family room concept allowed us to keep mingling while cooking/noshing. Game garage and hot tub were super perks. Appreciated the heated sidewalk pads for safety. Top of the line appliances and we loved all the art throughout. Jon was a great host and contacted us in a timely manner with answers to our questions. Returning next year we loved it so much.

This property is a five out of five stars. The location is absolutely peaceful - less than five minute drive to Leavenworth Bavarian Village. From the towels to the quality of the flooring, bedding and furniture, everything was beautifully styled. It felt like a luxury vacation staying at that property.Great communication with the host.We were a party of seven adults and everything felt spacious. Will definitely recommend to friends and family.Food - we highly recommend the München Haus for sausages & mustard (it’s worth sitting outside for), the Alpine coaster for us 60-year-olds was a hit, the Nutcracker Museum was so much more interesting than we expected for five dollars, Andreas Keller for authentic music and food. Make reservations in advance for Larch Handcrafted Pasta.

Our stay was amazing. Being that close to town but still having so much privacy and space was great. To the river was barely a 2 minute walk. The house had everything we needed and more. A true luxury stay

This is our second time staying at Jon's property in Leavenworth. We love the house, plenty of room for us and nice outdoor space. The kitchen is well-stocked and the entire place is comfortable. This house is absolutely perfect! It was very clean, in a lovely neighborhood, set on a spacious lot, and everything was just as described in the listing! Several girlfriends and I stayed in this wonderful home while visiting Leavenworth, and it's the perfect distance from the amazing, quaint downtown area. We enjoyed hikes to waterfalls, rode the ski lift to amazing views about 45 minutes away, and enjoyed several local outdoor attractions. The kitchen was arranged perfectly, and the beds were so comfortable! Oh, and the mountainous sunset from the screened-in porch was breathtaking! Jon, our host, was amazing! We did not have any problems whatsoever during our stay, but he readily responded to my question about the type of coffee maker(s) provided in the home -- a traditional coffee pot and a Keurig. Thanks again for sharing our lovely place with us!

Beautiful home! The layout worked perfect for our family.Kids and teens will love the upstairs large bedroom with their own bathroom and loft to hang out. We also enjoyed the screened in porch in the evenings. The game room in the garage was also wonderful.

This is our favorite place to stay in Leavenworth. The layout of the home is perfect for large families and has lots of amenities. The view is spectacular and the location unbeatable!

We love coming to Leavenworth for the 4th to get away from fireworks, and we had the best trip yet! Our almost 2 year old loved running around the yard and the screened in porch was such a nice way to enjoy every evening without worrying about getting eaten alive by bugs on a summer night. We can’t wait to come back and stay again!!

Great time in Leavenworth for mid-winter break. Kids enjoyed the Alpine Coaster, sledding, snow time at the house, hot tub in Winter, and the fun games available at the house. We also took in the town and had a great time shopping and seeing the beautiful lights at night!

We gifted my parents a mini-cation in Leavenworth in lieu of exchanging gifts at Christmas. While the home looked beautiful in the listing photo's, it was even more beautiful in person, and was very well appointed. My son (age 15) enjoyed playing pool and shuffleboard with his dad and grandpa, while my mom and I spent time catching up in front of the beautiful gas fireplace. The hot tub was clean and taking in the views that surround it was the perfect way to end the day after a fun day of snowshoeing. The location can't be beat as it's 5 minutes from so many activities (alpine roller-coaster, downtown Leavenworth, sleigh rides, snowshoe/nordic ski trails, grocery stores, etc.). The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals, and the bathrooms were well stocked with nice soaps, shampoos, etc. Jon was quick to respond when we messaged him during our stay with a question. And, we so appreciated the driveway being cleared of snow during our stay. The hosts truly went above and beyond. I highly recommend booking this home for your next Leavenworth getaway.

This house was absolutely perfect for my family and the family we vacationed with. Its proximity to downtown Leavenworth was fabulous as it made us feel like we were out in a snowy country setting, but had just a five minute drive to shops and restaurants. The finishes of this home and all that it was stocked with was wonderful and I absolutely recommend this VRBO. I cannot wait to stay here again!

House is very clean and organized. Kitchen lacks some of the basic needs, but the rest of the home is quite equipped. A little bit out of town, but location and scenery is great! Loved the mountain views. Highly recommended stay!

We traveled with 2 families, both with newborns, and the space served us well! The home was VERY spacious and close to town! We fully enjoyed the game room and hot tub! We visit Leavenworth every Christmas and this home is my husbands favorite!

Such a beautiful property and great location.

Check in was simple - extra keys appreciated. Location was great, private, quick trip into town, short walk to river. We enjoyed the yard / hot tub / screened deck. House had everything we needed (except a snow shovel). Very cozy, well-equipped, nicely decorated and spacious. Had a lot of fun in the games garage. Would definitely return, highly recommend. The extras (Christmas tree, Bluetooth speakers, cozy blankets, towels, etc. were all appreciated).

Property was perfect not one complaint! Only issue is I think the thermostat is on a set program which you was either to hot or cold otherwise one of my top places we have stayed

Getting away with family is a special time. This home made it even more special. The home is spacious. The kitchen was fun to cook in. The views from the home were spectacular. The location to town is so close, but also far enough to get away if there there are crowds. Two particular elements we enjoyed - the sound system we were able to play our music on was awesome, impressive to say the least, and, the view of the mountains from the hot tub...so special! We hope to be back.

This is a beautiful home ,we had an amazing time here we would definitely stay again the kids loved it it's perfect location to the river and town ,this house is so spacious and we played pool almost the entire time,extra fridge in the garage was a savior,bbq came in handy when we needed it ,and the beds a fenominal super soft and comfy

Great spacious home and cool game room in garage. Very well stocked and clean. Good closet space. Well-manicured lawn areas. Very convenient to town, which has fun things to do. Family really enjoyed the stay!!! Only note was not sure where backyard becomes neighbor's yard and few neighborhood dogs came upon porch and we weren't sure if one was friendly. Overall a terrific property!!!!!!!!! Would stay again.

Very, very clean, comfortable, and well stocked! The bedroom layout worked well for our group of six. The bonus was the hot tub and the game room with a shuffle board and pool table convertible to ping pong. Large yard for ball throwing and tag. Appreciate the easy checkout with needing to only start the dishwasher and a load of towels (besides cleaning up/removing our personal items). AC was awesome to have during high-90 degree weather. The location was perfect. You look out from the house or porch/patio and you enjoy the beautiful hills around Leavenworth. It’s located away from the busy-ness of town but convenient with a 5 min drive one direction taking us to Safeway or hwy 2, and a few minutes the other direction took us towards hikes and excursions on the Icicle River and the other end of town with restaurants and activities. Also close to Wenatchee River public access which made for a fun way to cool off in the afternoons. We recommend and would stay here again.
