Le Vista is a spacious 2 storey beach house located on a narrow headland jutting out into the ocean with absolute blue water and breath-taking views south to Beecroft Head. In this large beach side getaway, you can watch the whales when they are migrating and see the endless stream of dolphins frolic in the water all from the house.
Boasting six bedrooms and three bathrooms, including an ensuite. The large open-plan kitchen, equipped with a dishwasher, flows into the dining and living space upstairs, leading to a generous deck overlooking Warrain Beach. The sizeable games room downstairs, featuring table tennis and promises hours of enjoyment the whole family can enjoy against spectacular views. Ample parking for four cars and easy boat access enhances the practical appeal of Le Vista, although the garage is not for guests use.
For aquatic enthusiasts, surf conditions can be observed from the house, or take a short 300metre stroll to the patrolled Warrain Beach. Families with children can appreciate Tilbury Cove, just 200metres away, providing shallow, protected swimming and snorkelling conditions.

All linen (sheets and bath towels) is supplied for your stay and included in the tariff. For the comfort of our guests, we do not triple-sheet. All beds have a fitted sheet, a flat sheet and a quilt with a full cover. BYO linen for the complimentary travel cot. BYO beach/swimming pool towels.

Pets are welcome at this property. There is a 100 AUD surcharge to have your pet stay. Please declare at the time of booking and refer to the terms and conditions regarding pets.
If you bring a pet, a surcharge of 100 AUD will be added after the booking is placed.
Wi-Fi is offered as a complimentary extra. As there is no charge, issues will be dealt with asap but cannot be guaranteed.
To ensure the comfort of our guests and the neighbours, we do not accept bookings for "Schoolies" breaks/under 21yrs groups and under no circumstances do we allow weddings or parties of any sort.

The guest limits apply at all times during the booking. Any extra guests (this includes day visitors) above those that have been booked and paid for must be approved in writing prior to the stay. Only the guests staying at the property are permitted to be present. If you wish to have visitors in addition to booked guests, you must advise us in writing prior to your stay and ensure you receive written permission. This is not possible at all properties.
NSW Planning has passed laws that affect guests. The Code of Conduct for holiday renting can be found on our website under the Guest Information tab. In Section 2.5.2 of the STR Code of Conduct, guests have an obligation to ensure the peace and comfort of neighbours and other occupants of the premises (if strata) near holiday rental properties. This means guests have to be very mindful of noise made in or outside the property that can disrupt neighbours at any time of the day.
If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property immediately with no refund of monies. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited.
This property is approved for accommodation only. No mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed. Under no circumstances are the following activities permitted at any of our properties: motorbikes, dirt bikes, quad bikes, use of firearms or air rifles, fireworks.
Our standard check-in time is 4 pm and check out time is 10 am. We can offer you a complimentary early check-in or late check out time as a gesture of goodwill where booking and housekeeping schedules allow. Please call our team to request this prior to your arrival. Please note that due to demand and housekeeping pressures, no early check ins or late check outs will be granted during the months of December and January. The safest way to secure a later check out or early check in is to book the property for an extra night, please contact us to see if we can offer a special rate for this extra night. Please note that Sunday late check outs must be requested and approved prior to 5 pm on the Friday evening of that week.
Out of peak season stays of a week or more may qualify for a discount, please send us a message.

For your added security, this property is managed by a Licensed Real Estate Agent. We will never request payments be made to an overseas bank account and your money is held safely in our Trust Account until after your departure.

The house was beautiful and clean with an amazing view, the neighbours were wonderful, my family and friends had an amazing time together will definitely recommend coming back here again :)
Overall the property was good. The views were fantastic, the games room was a big hit with the kids, the beach was a close walk. On the negative, the garbage bin for general waste had some rubbish already put in there and the bin stank. Also there were a few large cockroaches in the house. Not enough teaspoons.
Very good for our extended family. Would have expected Wifi and linen for the price.
Stay was good
pro: great view and number of rooms as advertised proximity to food and other outlets good cons: No DVD player upstairs One of the bunks was broken and not usable (lucky we didn't need it) - partly held together with cable ties One of the drawers in kids bunk room taped together (again we did not need it - luckily) The front door could only be locked via the deadlock; bit of a safety concern Rear external lights did not work Rear doors (both ground and 1st floor) latching did not work all the time (?) Some mould was noticeable in showers and on window/door runners Sorry that this review has such a negative vibe but I can only submit the facts. Although the location and view are exceptional, and accepting sea air can create many problems, our family are in agreement that the rental fee was more than the house warranted. we would not look at returning whilst in present condition
We are very impressed the qiality of property and sevice peovided and the beautiful view of 300 degress of occean and sound of waves. We love and will miss this propery and plan to come back in conple of months.
Staff were amazing, helped us to get back some property we left there. Bit of overkill with the numerous emails and phone calls about not making a noise.
Nice getaway for big families and kids
From the time of booking to check in and out just wow. Property was well presented clean and equipped with everything we need, we were a family group of 10, plenty of room and we had a fantastic time in the games room. The view was the best absolute beach / ocean friunt nothing to disturb your viewing. Thank you we will be back.
Great house for multiple families with teenage kids. Plenty of room for 8 of us and the dogs. So easy to get around, could walk or ride bikes to everything we needed. Fantastic view and the house is well equipped Thanks.
