Welcome to your perfect retreat, featuring four beautifully appointed bedrooms: a luxurious king-size, two elegant queen-size, and two cosy single beds. Each bed is fitted with an electric blanket to ensure your comfort during winter stays. Three of the bedrooms are located upstairs, along with a new bathroom, a spacious family area, and a balcony offering views of the township and valley of Margaret River.
The expansive gardens are a delightful blend of native and exotic plants, boasting several large trees unique to the South West of Western Australia. The large wrought iron outdoor table sets the stage for unforgettable outdoor entertaining. Throughout the day, you can enjoy the sights and sounds of abundant birdlife that inhabit the neighbouring Margaret River and its native forests. As evening falls, keep an eye out for the charming white-tailed bandicoot making its appearance. This enchanting home promises a serene and memorable escape for all guests.
The retreat is a comfortable and welcoming home with a spacious open planned kitchen/dining area, sunken lounge with free standing wood fire. The timber kitchen and dining area is well equipped and contain a gas cooktop, electric oven, dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine and numerous utensils, pots, pans, and cooking equipment.
Portacot and high chair are available upon request.
Guests will have full access to home and garage.
We are all local families at Beachhouse Holidays and happy to answer any questions for your. While you have this home all to yourselves, I live only a short drive away and will be available for you 24/7.
Only a short walk to Woolies, the Post Office and the main street of Margs while just as close to our beautiful native forest and river side walks. This is a quiet residential area.
You will be able to walk to our fabulous restaurants, shops and vibrant cafes in Margaret River. The stunning Karri forest and river is only a 3 minute walk.
Drive to the beaches, only 10 minutes via a beautiful scenic drive past wineries and the golf course.
We will send to you the arrival instructions one week prior to your booking and you will find a compendium at the house full of local information.

HOUSE RULES FOR GUESTS AND VISITORS
Holiday rentals provide a unique tourism experience: consider this your home, treat it as your own, respect your neighbours and leave it as you find it. These House Rules are provided at Le Soeuf Retreat to ensure that Guests and Visitors know and comply with the specific Rules governing their permission to enter and occupy the Property.
OUR NEIGHBOURHOOD The house is located in a residential neighbourhood of families and small children. Could you please be mindful and maintain a slow speed when driving in our area.
PARKING It is a Council requirement that all vehicles associated with the property are to be parked on the driveway on the property, as street parking is not allowed.
RUBBISH The rubbish bins are emptied early on Thursday mornings. If your stay includes a Wednesday night, we would be very grateful if you would please place the bins out on Wednesday evening. The handle needs to face the kerb and not be further than 30 cm from the kerb.
BOND AND COMPLIANCE Beachhouse Holiday Homes are not to be used for any parties, weddings or other functions without written permission from management. If it comes to our attention that the property is being misused by the guests they will be asked to leave the property immediately without any refund. Guests take full responsibility for any visitors at the house during their stay. The noise curfew is 9:00pm. The Bond relates to any missing or damaged items, excessive noise leading to complaints and general cleanliness of the property, e.g. left in a clean & tidy condition, washing up done, BBQ cleaned and rubbish removed etc. Please report any damage or breakage to the manager as soon as practicable after the damage occurring . Please be aware that noise complaints are a breach of terms and conditions and may result in forfeit of your bond.
ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE TIMES The check in time is 3:00pm and departure time is 10.00am unless otherwise arranged. When departing, please ensure the house is locked, air-conditioning has been turned off and the key is returned to the lock box at the front entrance.
PET FRIENDLY HOMES Guests are fully responsible for their pets and must keep them with them at all times and never leave their pet at the rental home unattended. Guests must ensure that they vacuum excess hair or clean up any packages left in the yard by their pets.
NO SMOKING POLICY There is no smoking permitted inside the homes. Please dispose of cigarette ends thoughtfully if you smoke outside.
