Ideally located 20 minutes from Avignon, and 3 minutes from downtown Orange (15 minutes walk), close to the countryside, golf, this farmhouse completely renovated, offering calm and refinement, will be the ideal place for combine the sweetness of life and discovery of the many sights of our beautiful region.
Located upstairs, our accommodation 'crush' displays a traditional and elegant decoration. It has:
- a living room with fully equipped kitchen part and living room, sofa bed and tv,
- a spacious bedroom with a double bed (160 cm), 2 bedside tables, a wardrobe, a chest of drawers and a desk,
- a bathroom with Italian tiled shower, furniture 2 basins and wc.
The rooms open onto a private terrace equipped with garden furniture, overlooking the garden and pool.
You will have a large garden with trees and flowers, shaded areas, pergola, barbecue, fountain, lots of charm, private parking, and you will relax and enjoy the sun on the loungers by the pool of 12 mx 6 m.

Warm welcome from the owner. No problem parking on site. Apartment was perfect for two adults with its own terrace with tables and chairs. Spotlessly clean and well provided with regards kitchen equipment etc. Nice to have a few basic provisions as well. Happy to recommend.
