    Townhome was clean. Beds were a bit firm. TV in one of the guest rooms did not work. Close to the Univercity of Utah. Unsure of the neighborhood at first but it was okay. Liked the safety of being able to park in the garage.

    Part of what makes skiing in UT great is that you can stay in town and ski a different area every day as nothing is more than 45 minutes away and the ski bus network is also awesome. As such, we selected this building for its central location. We spent two weeks skiing, went to a Utah Hockey Team game, the Natural History Museum (skip the art museum as it is paltry). The unit was clean, large, airy, well stocked with cooking utensils and dishes. REALLY nice to have the garage in which to store ski equipment. Unit needs a dustpan :-)

    We found this charming townhouse as wonderful launchpad for an evening in downtown SLC. The unit was clean, well done and appointed. Owners were pleasant and very responsive to any questions we hade.

    Very nice accommodations! Very clean, comfortable. Great location- convenient to downtown and walking distance to several coffee shops and breakfast spots. Also walking distance to Liberty Park. We enjoyed our stay!

    Host: Lake City Flats, knew my sister had MS and walked with a crutch. Never advised us of 30 steps nor reflected that in photos of original 2 bd booking (property 1887209). Transferred us to 1 bd for 9 days which we paid for in full. Would not refund 9 days from 2 bd booking. Lake City Flats did not help us. Filing complaint with Americans with Disabilities. We paid more for less because my sister has MS.

    The location was ideal for us and the townhouse was bright, clean, roomy with all the amenities we needed. We would definitely rent again if the occasion arises.
