From the very start, this property was great. The communication was quick and friendly. The propane grill had some issues and there wasn't any shampoo or soap in the bathroom so everyone had greasy hair all weekend, but we had a great time. The location was perfect, and the house was one of the nicest we have ever stayed at. Would highly recommend!

Truly this propert was perfect for our family reunion. We were able to have everyone sleep comfortably lots of bathroom space and a perfect couch for everyone to hang out a socialize! Thank you all so much!

Had plenty of room for the 25 of us that stayed. Was worried about the bunk beds not being large enough for couples but they were just as big as the listing said! Absolutely will come back.

The pictures of this home do not do it any justice. This home is beautiful, and it met all of our needs and more. There were a total of 27 of us, and we still had lots of room to spare.

We had a large group here and even after a 10 month build up from booking to staying, this location exceeded ALL of our expectations. We had an incredible stay and are so thankful to Monica.

We had a large group of around 22 that stayed at this property. We had more than enough room for everyone, and everyone had a great time. The property is fantastic with a large, nice pool. We spent a lot of time outdoors at the pool and cooking out. Some even ventured out to the lake with the kayaks. The kitchen was very well stocked with plenty of room for everyone to eat. The house had many board games which the kids loved and kept them entertained as the adult's played poker. We would definitely come back and stay here again. I would highly recommend this place for large families wanting to spend time together. Monica was the property owner and welcomed us and checked in on us. Great time at a great home.

House was absolutely amazing. Unfortunately we had issues with the oven and the stove and the hot tub but Monica was awesome and always trying to help us and the smoke detector went off in the middle of the night other than that everything was fabulous.

We had a great time. We had a wide range of ages and the home was great for everyone. The house and outdoor space was beautiful and clean! Management was very helpful. We wouid definitely recommend!

We are a group of women from the Texas Hill-country who get together once a year. This home had everything a big group could want. Very roomy and beautiful.

We enjoyed our weekend so much at this lovely home. Everything was just as described and the host was available anytime we had a request. The paddle boat, paddle board and kayaks were so fun and the pool/water volleyball/hot tub were in use at all times! A perfect location for our family!

The house was beautiful! Lots of room for 14 of us ranging from 10 months to 67! We had a problem with the pool being clean for first few days but host had pool cleaning man out twice to clean filter etc. the pumps being turned on continuously helped On those days we rented a pontoon and went out to eat!! We had a blast and will return. The host was so kind as not to charge for arriving around 2:30. Good memories and family pictures!! Thank you!!
