Stayed Jun 18, 2025My husband, my self and our 2 teenage sons stayed here while we attended Rock the South. This a fantastic location. Very close to stores and the marina. Josie was very spacious. We could have easily slept more people. Home was very clean and updated. The kitchen is very well equipped with everything you need to cook. The back porch is so peaceful. I really enjoyed drinking my coffee on the porch and listening to water running from the creek. We were able to get our boat in and out of the slip easily. The slue is very quiet and great for floating. If we come back to the area we would definitely stay here again.

Stayed Oct 7, 2022My husband and I were here for a week of work. This is such a beautiful spot on Smith Lake. We enjoyed the property/dock and the cable TV. This would be an awesome family vacation destination!
