Great beach house

This home hits all the targets… super helpful and friendly owner with answers for every question, right on the beach, not crowded, big home with tons of room, walkable to shops and restaurants, near a park… what more could you possibly need? Loved it.

The view was amazing! From both the downstairs patio and they upstairs balcony, we could see for miles down the beach. We loved having so much space for our family in the home. Parking was easy and so many places within walking distance. Communication was quick and returned quickly. Everything was perfect for our stay.

Wonderful accomodations. Beach was beautiful. Storm doors fantastic. Master bed room awesome.

What a fantastic spot! Walking out directly to the beach was amazing. Host (Frank) was extremely responsive and helpful. Easy walk to several local restaurants as well. We can’t wait to go back.

This home, the location and everything that comes with it was fantastic. 6 adults were more than comfortable here. Hope to return one day.

Frank is an amazing host. We had a couple of issues and he responded very quickly to help us. There is a boardwalk that you are able to walk along the beach. No one came up to the house from the beach and we were able to sit outside and enjoy the beautiful view. Hope to go back again next year. But will fly into LAX vs Burbank. Yes, you hear planes, but not in house at night. It was so relaxing. Thank you Frank!

Absolutely loved our stay at the beach house. Loved waking up with a view of the ocean. Great location within a short distance of many site seeing locations. Would recommend to anyone looking to stay near LA. Thanks Frank!!

We had a wonderful extended weekend at the beautiful LAX Beachhouse. We fully appreciated the indoor outdoor spaces, we walked to a few of the local restaurants and our teen girls enjoyed playing volleyball, boogie boarding and laying on the sun Frank is an incredible host! We look forward to our next stay at the beach house in the near future.

This property was comfortable and exactly as listed. The view of the ocean and the mountains was wonderful! There were good restaurants nearby. We all had a great time.

We loved, loved, loved our stay! I can’t say enough about how great this home and lo CSS action are! Right on the beach with fantastic views and walkable to local restraints and coffee shops! Our host was more than accommodating and so responsive, we loved working with him. Would definitely stay here again in a heartbeat, you won’t regret choosing this place for your LA stay!

The place was clean and the host was fantastic. We stayed at the beach house for the first part of our SoCal vacation. It is central to many tourist spots and the walk out beach access was top notch.

My family absolutely loved the house. The location is great and the sunsets were spectacular. The master patio had amazing views and being on the ocean was wonderful. The house has a nice open layout and great vibe. We will be back in a few weeks. There are even a few walkable restaurants.

Frank accommodated us with a couple of special requests, and was extremely communicative through the whole process of booking and during our stay. The home was nicely appointed, has a beautiful retro look, and they don't use the chemical air fresheners to try to make it smell clean, because it IS clean. Everything in the listing is accurate, and we couldn't have been happier with our stay!
