Lavish Family Escape w/ Game Room in Avondale!

This property met the needs for everyone in my family. Problems that occurred were dealt with in a timely manner. Beautiful property. Enough space for everyone. Something for all ages to enjoy.

The local host was easy to get ahold of and helpful at the beginning of the trip. Check in was simple. Pet-friendly. Pool was great and outdoor kitchen was nice. Low on propane, but host fixed that quickly. There is little to no airflow from the ceiling vent in the master bedroom. Host stated that the master is the warmest room in the house due to its location. We were able to make do, but when the temps start rising it may become a problem. Concerns we encountered. There are no longer 3 sofas in the living room. The secondary table, was not a usable table, due to it being very wobbly. It would have been nice to have a few more plates and bowls to accommodate our large group, but we made it work. The dishwasher worked some of the time. We messaged the host about the cold water faucet not working in the downstairs bathroom. No response received. We messaged host about the hot and the cold water faucets in the master bathroom being opposite, there was no response. This problem has been mentioned on past reviews. Overall a good stay, but I think the price was a little high to have this many concerns arise.

Great location close to everything we wanted to do. The pool and outdoor kitchen was a huge hit. The house was nice and clean. I can’t give it 5 stars as it is an older home in need of some maintenance. Overall, my family enjoyed their stay.

Overall house fit the needs for All of us. Not crowded at all. Location, out door space was great. Fully stocked kitchen and nice selection of spices and other cooking needs.

Loved the location and the amenities. Great communication with the host. Would stay again if we need a place for our big family again.

If you’re looking for a house with everything you need for a big family then this is it. The house was clean and everything worked in it. The outside was the best part for us and the kids. The host was very responsive as well. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you Eric for letting us in.

We were in town for my wife’s graduation. The graduation was at Desert Diamond Arena. The home was 12 minutes from the location so it was perfect. The house is beautiful, neighborhood was quiet, the pool was amazing. We had a great 4 day weekend relaxing in the pool and using the outdoor kitchen to cook. I would absolutely book this home again if we were to ever visit Avondale again.

Spacious place for our family gathering and son's college graduation. Plenty of sleeping space and entertainment activities, outside gtill station and proximity to amenities.

Our very large family of 9 adults, 3 kids, and 2 babies had a blast in this quiet, comfy spot that was close to whatever we needed. We had more than enough room for everyone, and plenty to do to relax and have fun either on site or accessible to travel. There were a few minor issues to deal with, but the host was instantly responsive, communicated with kindness and professionalism, and did all they could to resolve. My family all loved the space, and was able to relax in stress-free zone. The neighborhood is friendly and very quiet. The only downside was the weather was cooler than average for AZ, so we used the firepit and chilled outside by the fire!

Met up with our grown kids, grandkids and a family dog for some Spring League baseball. The Avondale home is nothing too fancy but was perfect for our needs - roomy, close to Camelback Ranch stadium, has a back yard, and all the basics needed for our families (pool, big screen TV, extra pack-n-play, washer-n-dryer, etc).

We were very happy with this property and really enjoyed our stay. House is spacious and backyard is very nice. We recommend!

Overall a good experience but I expect a bit more for the price. Very kind and communicative owners. Nice bottles of wine and snacks were at the house for us, as well as basic necessities for our stay. Very thankful for those things!! Outdoor space is very nice! The inside of the house has a lot of open space which is great. Love the tower of towels in the entry way!! Some areas are showing signs of wear and tear. Two of the three leather sofas have tears in a cushion. One is pretty big. Squeaky kitchen drawers as well as some doors, some old and broken utensils in the kitchen, dishwasher doesn't clean very well. Hot and cold water fixtures in master bathroom sinks are reversed but we were not made aware. It took as awhile to figure it out. We thought no hot water but thankfully that wasn't the case.

Our group attended Arizona for a football game. Excellent location and very well equipped house. Served all our groups needs. Very spacious and clean.

We celebrated Thanksgiving here and it was great! The home fit our party of 13 comfortably. The home owner even had a turkey in the fridge waiting for us. We only hoped the pool would have been warmer. Overall a nice property that we would definitely stay at again.

My husband and I stayed at this home with 6 of our children and overall had a wonderful stay. There were plenty of beds and rooms with different configurations, which worked out great for our family. The beds were also comfortable and the house remained at a comfortable temperature for our entire stay. The house smelled nice and clean as we entered, which is always a plus! They have a good variety of pots and pans for cooking. They also have many games available for indoor entertainment and a great outdoor space for outdoor entertainment for all ages. One note is that the pool is not heated for those visiting in the cooler months! Some of the recommendations that we provided to the property managers included fixing the faucet for one of the bathtubs, fixing the drain in the master bath (it was unusable during our stay), ensuring supplies are stocked including trash bags, fixing broken blinds/curtains/doors, and placing basic towels in bathrooms prior to arrival. Once again - overall our stay was comfortable and enjoyable!

The rental was okay. They were light on kitchen supplies, like a wine opener. We had to buy dish towels, hand towels and a spatula. Also they advertised a pool, but it was unheated. No where on the listing did they state that. Tough for having kids and not having a usable pool. Would have no issues with paying for heat. It was nice that they had decent TV available. That all said, the property worked.

The house is well cared for, roomy, and has plenty to do. Plenty of beds for our group. Great location.

Spacious home with lots of games and things for kids to do. Pool was wonderful. We had a great time and the hosts were very responsive.
