HOUSE RULES

Welcome to the Latone Sea Lodge, we hope you have a great stay. Please ensure you follow the below house rules throughout the duration of your stay and upon checkout.
- Firstly, please enjoy your stay, be safe and we hope you have a great time.
- Strictly NO PARTIES at the property or large gatherings.
- Do not sleep on the beds without fitted sheets & flat sheets or additional cleaning fee applies.
- Please keep the home tidy and leave it in the same state it was found.
- Please No smoking inside
- Please do not remove any items from the kitchen or property. All items are checked after each stay and will be charged at replacement cost if removed.
- Please do not clean fish or cook crabs inside the home. It leaves a smell that lasts for several days. Please clean fish at jetty, beach, boat ramp or fish cleaning sation at the home. Please cook crabs on outside BBQ. If cleaning fish at the fish cleaning station at the property, please ensure fish scraps are double bagged before placing into the bin.

GENERAL RUBBISH: RED BIN ONLY – 1 Large Bag Allowance
Ensure general rubbish of 1 large bag only per short stay is put in the red bin. 2 x Large Bags for Stays of 2-5 Days. Any excess rubbish can be taken to the wallaroo tip at 14 Recycling Circuit, Wallaroo. Or taken home.

RECYCLING: YELLOW BIN
All recycling to be placed into the Yellow bin only.

Upon Checkout:
- Please take home any excess rubbish
- Please empty the dishwasher before leaving.
- Ensure all items have been removed from the fridge.
- Please clean BBQ after use to avoid additional cleaning fee.
- Please put the red and yellow bins out when leaving.
- Turn off the Airconditioner & Lights.
Return keys to the lock box and scramble the numbers.

    Had all the amenities we required. We were able to cook dinner and relax and go out during the day Suited our family of 4. We were able to run/walk to the beach as it wasn't too far either. Great location!

    An absolutely delightful stay at Port Hughes. Our home we stayed in was very comfortable, clean and lovely and would highly recommend staying there!!!! Has everything you need for a relaxing get away!!

    This property is wonderfully laid out for a stay with family or friends! The owner’s thoughtfulness made for a very easy stay with anything you could possibly want in the kitchen and quality products in the bathrooms. The beds were extremely comfortable. The location of the property is perfect, an easy walk to the beach and jetty. Will definitely book again.

    Lovely place to stay host was accommodating with our little dog .plenty of space in both house and yard. Great facilities for those who are fishing. We really enjoyed our stay. Thankyou

    The house was clean, well equipped and well maintained. Having the second bathroom was very handy, while enjoying lunch on the deck out the front was a highlight. Only a five minute walk to the Port Hughes jetty and cafe, and a five minute drive to the township of Moonta. We really enjoyed our stay.
