Stayed Jun 28, 2025This is our second time to stay at this beautiful and very well positioned home. Our adult family and friends so loved the home and all its amenities. The house is close to town, the cliffs and the many beaches. Easy walking and biking distance . We cannot wait to go back again. Sad to leave today. Thank you Jody and Mark for a special vacation in a home that is so welcoming and charming.

Stayed Jul 20, 2024Our stay at 31 Woodbury was truly exceptional. The amazing detail, well-stocked amenities, perfect location, and gracious hosts made our stay unforgettable. We couldn't have asked for more. It was evident that Mark and Jody put a lot of thought and care into creating a welcoming and comfortable environment. Their graciousness extended to organizing our ferry booking, which was a godsend. The house was stocked with everything we needed and more, especially the kitchen. The location of the house was nothing short of perfect. We loved the serenity of the back yard with the wide open sky and view of the land bank, the short walk to town, and the ease of biking to many beaches. Cant wait to return next year!

Stayed Jun 29, 2024Such a special home; close to the town, beaches and other fun activities. The house was stocked with so much thought and attention. The decorations and the bedrooms were very bright and attractive and the room layout flowed very well to accommodate my adult family and friends. Our dog was made to feel so comfortable and he had the best time being with everybody. The ability to put a car ferry was worth its weight in gold. We would certainly love to return very soon. Thank you Jody and Mark for sharing your home with us.
