House was very clean, super comfy beds and walking/biking distance to Vanderbilt Beach. Bikes, beach chairs, umbrellas - everything you need!

This rental is absolutely perfect! It has a well equipped kitchen, beautiful backyard and pool. There are plenty of beach and pool accessories at your disposal.

This location was perfect. And we were able to get a one night stay when a lot of places require two. It was VERY clean, and VERY well kept. Communication with the owners was available whenever we needed and check in was seamless!

We enjoyed our stay. Kitchen was well equipped. Pool was awesome and having the beach a mile away was very convenient. We loved being able to operate the pool from our phone. We had a couple questions and the owners were very quick to respond. The only thing we could tell is that the last renters must have had a dog because there was a lot of dog hair everywhere. Also the white rugs seemed dirty and could have been washed before we arrived. Overall it was a great vacation.

Had a great stay with family we hadn’t see in a while who moved to Florida. The house is very nice & comfortable. The heated pool & jacuzzi were nice & relaxing. Beds were comfortable. Owners were quick with responses on any questions we had. Great area, went on a boat cruise & a day trip to Clam Pass Beach & visited Tin City for lunch & shopping. Also visited the beautiful Mercato shopping right near the house for a yummy lunch & shopping. Would stay here again!

What a wonderful time we had for my husbands 60th birthday! This property is very clean. The kitchen is superb, well stocked, columbian coffee pods, nice Keurig coffee maker (6, 8 &10 oz.) I am buying one of these! I used the blender (it had a spout on the lid) to bake a fresh strawberry cake ; ) Nice touch with the complimentary bottle of champayne. We enjoyed the pool both days. Wish we could have stayed longer, even the neighbors were so friendly ; ) We also went sightseeing viewing the beautiful mansions on the Vanderbuilt beach. There's so many great restaurants to choose from in the area! Skillets is a great place for brunch. The pool is so very relaxing and sparking clean, perfect temperature. I also loved the convenience to be able to make the temp high or low on my phone (downloaded app). Couches and beds comfy. Thanks to top notch hosts our stay was awesome!!!!
